Description of Work: Installed granite countertops in my new house. They cut into the drywall in three different places and broke a piece of door trim while installing the countertops. The owner said he would come back the next day to fix it. He never showed and didn't return my call. I ended up fixing the door myself and had my drywall guy come back to fix the drywall damage.

+ -1 moreNo further interaction after many calls and trips to their showroom (taking off work, as they are not open on weekends). Our attempts went on for a couple months. Very disappointed.
Description of Work: We picked out our granite. We gave all information. We never got a quote. No customer service at all. I even asked if they didn't want our business. The wife was very helpful at looking at the products, but never got a price nor an appointment to take measurements.
