They refuse to come and fix the small issues I have in writing because I stay on top of it. So they are not worth wasting money on. Two of the people there are nice but the rest forget it.
Description of Work: They were responsible for setting up my mobile home and I had in writing certain things to be done. Since the day I got it I had septic problems in both bathrooms and even hired outside workers to fix what they promised and I have in writing. So I had a new garden tub stand up shower and a new to list that could not flush. I had a contractor who is retired find the issue where they didn't glue and bracket the pipes back together and so you could not even plunge it. I am thankful one bathroom worked and I love the home but getting them to come out is like pulling teeth. I have hanging insulation suppose to be fixed in writing and not done. So I will take legal action to have what is in writing done. They are rude and if you want and honest answer stay away from variety mobile home.
