Recently, we just purchased a home and are not familiar with the services in the area. I needed my septic tank pumped out and Trivett's provided very good service. They were here right on time and the gentleman even helped me find the top of the tank ( I had the wrong hole to pump out of). Overall, I am very happy with the service provided and the cost of the service. I would recommend them and I will use their services again in the future.

I found him to be easy to work with and was very professional. He accomplished what he needed to do quickly. He was a very pleasant gentleman and was reasonably prompt. He was reasonably on time and there was a time when he was held up, but he did call me.

It was time to have the septic tank pumped, something I dreaded because I've had several unsatisfactory experiences with people who didn't seem to have a clue. On the advice of a friend, I called Trivett's Septic Cleaning Services. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. She asked all the right questions and we settled on a mutually acceptable time. On the appointed day, Mr. Trivett was almost an hour late, for which he immediately apologized upon arrival, explaining that he had an emergency call some 30 miles away. He went straight to work. He checked the sludge to get an idea of the health of the tank. When the tank was pumped, he cleaned up the very small amount of spillage. Before he left, he apologized again for being late. It was a stress free experience. Mr. Trivett knew his business and didn't waste time fumbling around nor did he try to sell me extra services.
