Excellent! Came out quickly, same day service. Repaired issue. Gave instructions on how to avoid problems going forward. Used covid safe procedures during entire visit. Highly recommend.

I called them, and they came out the next morning. I was struck by how knowledgeable and personable they were. They communicated with me every step of the way, and diagnosed two more problems, one of which had made my electric bills exorbitant lately. The other was a burned out capacitor from the unit running constantly. Everything is fixed and am looking forward to normal electric bills in the future. They were here for over 2 hours, and fixed three things that were wrong. The bill was very reasonable, and they made an obvious effort to keep it as low as possible. I am so glad I found these guys on Angie's List because they weren't even advertised in the Yellow pages of our phone book. I would whole-heartedly recommend these guys to anyone, and would definitely use them for any future issues.

We have used Four Seasons for a few years now for our annual HVAC maintenance. Finally my 20+ year HVAC system needed replacing. They gave us a fair quote based on other provider quotes and they were able to complete the job in two days. Prior to installation we discussed the various manufacturers so I could decide which system would work best for me. I upgraded a 1/2 ton based on the square footage of the house. They were able to accomplish the upgrade with no issues, just a small estimate increase for the larger unit size. He provided a fully functional system that runs very smoothly. Post installation I called with the concern of the cycling of the new unit - it was cycling a little more than I felt comfortable with. He came out and made adjustments to the thermostat settings and this issue was resolved. Throughout the process they were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Post installation they left the workspaces clean. They provided a couple of HVAC parts at no charge - an outside filter and the inside condenser hold/trap. Very nice people to work with.

I called 4 times, they never return my calls. I have used them for several years. What has happened to them?

Four Seasons called to let us know that the part had arrived, and set up an appointment for installation two days later. They arrived at the time designated, worked efficiently, and charged very reasonably for the parts and labor. We expect to see our water bills decrease as a result of this new part since the water was simply flowing in and out and not being distributed as it should have been. My husband had the main interaction with the technician, and was impressed by his knowledge and general demeanor. Will definitely use Four Seasons again in the future.
