Description of Work: I called and requested that a representative come to the house to show me what they had to offer in the way of garage doors, and help me with information to decide what to pick (e.g. - insulated doors.) The rep was too busy to bother with a visit, and sent me a bid, without supporting information, for some type of door - of no use. If the rep is too busy to visit and discuss options and answer questions, how can I believe I'll get what I want and need?
