They came over almost immediately after we called about replacing our water heater, had it all replaced within a couple hrs after that including time to go get a new gas valve. Total cost was $300 less than the nearest bid even though same make/model of water heater was quoted by others. Would not hesitate to use again.

Bells is not the cheapest nor the most expensive which is right where I want my contractor of choice, Josh and crew did not let me down. They were also prompt and fast, very impressed.

VERY overpriced! $750 to replace a water pressure regulator. 1/2 hour of labor at most! Bell Plumbing's price was LUDICROUS! Will NEVER use it again! Only had the job done as I had no water pressure at all! Bell Plumbing is a RIP-OFF! Bell reduced the charge. The installer said a main water line valve was replaced .. it was not. Bell removed that from the original charge and lowered pressure regulator cost to correct amount. Work was done in a timely manner. Would consider Bell again once a refund is received!

Fast service! He came on the same day (I lucked out there, I think) and quickly diagnosed the issue. He discovered two other issues in the course of fixing the first, one of which could have been a very bad thing if left unfixed. I was grateful he found these other issues, and they were all resolved very quickly. I would recommend this company, and I plan to use them again in the future.

Fast, fast, fast! Jeremy responded to our request for help within seconds of us submitting on home advisor. He was at our home to look over our needs within an hour. He was installing the water heater the next business day. So fast!! Cons: He did not clean up as much as I expected. He left pieces of pipe, and screws around. There was still water all over the floor when he left. His wire management was lacking. Those are all minor things that I can live with. The big problem that was the most upsetting (especially to my wife) was that he did not put anything down to protect our floor, so when he dragged out the old water heater it poured water all over the carpet down the hall and up the stairs. Overall I was pleased with Jeremy and we had hot water again so quickly, which was the most important. Thanks, Jeremy!
