Josh and I haggled back and forth and arrived at a price to install a water heater I provided. He showed on schedule and performed the work as agreed. When he arrived he asked if I'd be around to help him move the old and new water heaters. This should never have been asked. I'm hiring a professional to do the work as I'm not up for this type of work. I had to decline but the suggestion made me worry the entirety of the install that he may not have been the right choice. Additionally upon billing he charged tax but did not indicate that in any of our communications. To have the charge as a surprise is the issue here although I paid it without comment. Also with three initial bids from home advisor recommendations ns bells plumbing came in the highest he got the bid as he was willing to negotiate with me providing water heater where the other two would not

They were very timely. Did what they said they d do. Helped me understand what was needed. Plumbing is expensive so I appreciated their honesty and expertise.

As soon as submitted my inquiry to get my water heater fixed, Jeremy called me right away, and then Josh came over a little later the same day. They were able to replace my water heater before the end of day without any further delays. They were very professional, committed, and willing to answer all my questions. Totally A+, and highly recommended!!

Josh arrived on time and even had to wait. He took care of our plumbing problem and charged a reasonable rate. Good quality work. We will definitely hire him again if we encounter any more plumbing problems!

They were about $400 plus under other bids and got to our home within hours of our call. They looked at our 12 year old water heater and recommended replacement and were able to replace on the spot! Fast and Professional. Will call for future Plumbing Needs!..... :)

Bells Plumbing contacted me promptly and sent someone out the same day even though it was late. The technician (Josh) was polite and friendly and patiently answered all my questions. He used two different methods to clear the clog I couldn't reach with my 15' auger and then scheduled a follow-up to ensure the issue was completely resolved and no more serious problems existed. The charge ended up being less than I was quoted.

Came out the next day. Make two quick trips to local hardware store to get what I needed. Kept working until fixed. Impressed!

I thought they should have put a cover over the old water heater when they took it out of the house to avoid possible leakage, etc. but this was not done and some smudges were the result on my carpet. Otherwise, their work was very satisfactory, courteous and fast.

Two fellows came the same evening I had placed a request with Home Advisor and did the valve installation quickly and competently. Their availability on short notice was greatly appreciated, as well as coming on time. Very pleasant experience.
