Mechanic Coleman was on time and very professional. He found the tiny leak in the copper pipe, removed it and replaced it. A job expertly done.

They were friendly and honest and I appreciate how quickly the responded and were able to help me.

These guys got out to my house fast, realized it was a bigger than expected job, and came back the next day with everything needed to complete the repair. Finished it up in less than an hour. Really impressed with the attitude with which they conducted business. Will definitely call them again when needed.

Loved Coleman. He was awesome, smart, and kind. However, the pipe broke after fixing the jetted tub pump, and it has never been fixed- I was in a horrible bind as we had sold the house and the new owners have moved in. I've resorted to calling other companies to help fix this huge dilemma I have been left in. They did not charge me for the pump install, but I would have paid 10 times the amount if they would have just finished the job. Good guys, but bad follow-through.

Arrived the same day to inspect and repair. Very friendly. A little more expensive than I was hoping but the job was completed in a reasonable time and the work was excellent.

Coleman was Very helpful!! I don't think that the plumbing industry charges such Huge rates. It took him less than 1/2 hour to install my faucet and $212 seems a huge price for 30 minutes. All said, I am please with the outcome. P.S. Coleman told me he would order a replacement faucet [from Moen] for me but I am unsure he completed that. Thank You!

Jeremy was quick to come and give me a bid that was almost 20% lower than the next lowest bid I received. The job was done the next day and water was restored to my house with minimal impact to my yard. Communication was solid throughout the whole process with constant updates and explanations. I feel that I received good, quality work for a fair price within a reasonable time frame.

Josh did a great job and did the job for over $700.00 less than the other two bids, ESCO and Valley Plumbing.

The technician was very informative and got right to work. He finished my two projects within a couple of hours even with having to go obtain the proper parts. He showed me the new parts before installing them and told me how they should work and the length of life of each part.

Bells plumbing did a bunch of work for us in the winter. When we turned on the sprinklers we found (a week later) that one of their repairs had been leaking and we had a room flooded. Anyone can make mistakes, but Bells Plumbing took care of it completely. They hired a flood pro to dry out the room, then carpet layers to out the carpet back down, and made sure the leak was repaired. I’m grateful they stood by their work. That is so professional.

Josh did an excellent job! The cost was very reasonable. He even came back and corrected a couple of things that I wanted done that same day. He was about 45 minutes late on his appointment time but did a great job!

Final comment: We had three estimates and also found that Bells was half the price of the others -- and their work seems to be every bit as good!

Half the price of anouther company even with a discount. He had a water heater on hand were as othes would have to order the water heater. I called him and he came out that day. finished job in a couple hours.
