Jeremy was super responsive to my request for a quote. He was here within 10 minutes of his ETA and got the job done quickly. Great experience.

Jeremy was very prompt in getting out to take care of my plugged main sewer line. He was able to pull out a large clump of tree roots with his rooter to restore the flow. He himself did not do the camera inspection but scheduled another company to do in a couple days. That company said I needed to have a liner installed for ~$9000. I deferred for a second opinion. Another reputable plumber did an inspection and said my main was in very good condition, no liner required. His inspection showed there were more roots that should have been removed, so I paid him for a second, more complete rooting to remove those roots and other minor buildup. *** Followup: Jeremy called to express concern over my review at 2 1/2 Stars. Although the drain scoping was carried out by a company he sent out, he emphasized that they are a separate company (All Star Repair). So I agreed to modify my review to reflect that separation, upping it to ~4 Stars out of 5.
