Our project included a pool, pavers, pavillion, plantings/grass/sprinklers and outdoor kitchen. The project was completed a few months ago. Due to the project size, they recommended a landscape architect and we developed a specific plan. The worksite was kept clean and the workers were always polite. Questions/concerns were addressed in a timely manner. We are pleased with the outcome and would recommend Reinheit Landscaping.

Took advantage of my mother. Quoted $17,000 for the job but ended up charging her nearly $70,000! He is sneaky and would call her on the phone so there was no paper trail, convincing her more work needed to be done. 5 years later it still doesnâ t work!

They left a huge pile of dirt instead of spreading it. Fence was installed crooked and meandering. Trees dies and they wouldn't replace them. Left piles od garbage in my yard even after paying $2000 for "clean up". Sprinkler Lines exposed in my lawn. Used 2 different types of sod for install. Contractor showed up for work at my house high as a kite. Nobody cared about the quality of the work they performed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Exemplary Work Ethic: The crew, ranging from 4 to 15 members, exhibited remarkable dedication. Their consistent daily presence (barring pre-agreed exceptions) and extended work hours reflect their commitment to timely project completion. Visionary Design: Mr. Garcia's expertise in identifying and rectifying flaws in our original architectural plans was instrumental. His collaboration with a skilled architect resulted in a superior design that aligned with our vision. Comprehensive Service: Reinheit's full-service approach, including the coordination of high-quality subcontractors for specialized tasks, streamlined the project management process and ensured cohesive execution. Craftsmanship: The quality of workmanship was impeccable. While minor issues arose (e.g., irrigation line damage), the team's swift resolution and adherence to industry standards in materials and techniques were commendable. Post-Project Commitment: Mr. Garcia's dedication extended beyond the project's completion, with scheduled follow-ups to address plant health and replacements, demonstrating a commitment to long-term client satisfaction. Areas for Improvement: Pricing: While Reinheit's services were not the most expensive option, their pricing was in the higher range. However, the quality of work justified the investment. Hauling Costs: The expenses associated with debris removal exceeded initial estimates. This was partly due to unforeseen site conditions and the nature of materials encountered. A more flexible approach to these additional costs would have been appreciated. Conclusion: Reinheit Landscaping delivered an exceptional backyard transformation. Their professionalism, work ethic, and quality of craftsmanship were outstanding. While pricing and some unexpected costs were on the higher side, the overall value provided makes Reinheit a commendable choice for significant landscaping projects. We confidently recommend their services to those seeking a reliable and skilled landscaping partner.

We had them come out to clear our unfinished backyard and install sprinklers and 4000 sq ft of sod. It is not very often you find a trustworthy contractor which truly cares about customer satisfaction. The owner and his son were a pleasure to work with and it was obvious they genuinely cared about providing quality services. We were equally impressed with the landscaping team. They worked hard each day and always did the small things such as leaving a clean worksite, caring for their tools and maintaining their equipment. We literally did not find a single piece of trash in our back yard the entire time they were working. These aspects are not evident with most contractors these days. The culture within this company should be modeled and emulated as the foundation for success in each of the trades. We will definitely be using Reinheit Landscaping again!

Reinheit put in a heated paver driveway, sod, fixed our sprinkler system, and plantings. Great job. Would definitely recommend them. When we are ready to do our backyard, we will call them.

Our project included a large retaining wall, paver patio, raised garden beds, and a water feature. They recommended and brought in an engineer to work with us on the retaining wall as our property is on a hillside. The water feature is beautiful and we have the backyard we always wanted. It was great to work with this company.

Our backyard landscaping remodel included a rock retaining wall, large water feature, firepit etc Glenin and his team designed and executed our vision and improved upon it. Our yard is beautiful. Reinheit Landscaping was excellent to work with during the project and 7 months later we still are very pleased with the work they did. They are great at responding and committed their warranty promise. I would trust them with future projects and highly recommend them to others.

This was a large project to redo the landscaping we had with the goals of reducing maintenance, water consumption, lawn area, implementing more hard surfaces and draught-resistant native plantings, and to make our yard more attractive and inviting. These goals were met. Reinheit did a thorough job: total scrape and removal, new hi-tech drip-irrigation sprinkling system, skillful paver installation, gas fire pit feature, state-of-the-art lighting, etc. It was expensive and took a bit longer than expected (partly due to weather-related setbacks) but we are pleased with the result. Glenin Garcia was great to work with as were the company employees with whom we interfaced. All were communicative and responsive. We would use this company again.

They were very quick and they kept in good communication with me the whole time.

They have been responsive after everything was done to fix a couple minor things that came up. Hard to find good landscapers but youâ ve got one here! All my neighbors are jealous!

Courteous and conscientious service can be expected from this company. The water feature he created is superb and adds so much to the ambiance of the yard. Repaired damage to fence no problem. Guarantees his work. Extremely satisfied!

Glenin, Nathan and his crew did a marvelous job on our backyard turning it from a dead lawn with a slope going down the center to a nice, gently graded lawn. Our goal is to keep half the yard in green grass and the other half in xeroscape. Genin came up with a very attractive concept design that will allow for future expansion, which we plan on pursuing with Reinheit next year. I would recommend Reinheit Landscaping without reservation.

I have previously left a 5 star review, but changed my mind. If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would do it at this point. Please DO NOT utilize this company for any projects you have! They have been ghosting and ignoring us. Now that the work we had them do is finished, they act like we do not exist. My husband and I had them build a beautiful water feature for us over a year ago and last winter a large amount of dirt holding the rocks in place washed out into the garden. We have plant roots exposed now and not sure how much this compromises the $60k water feature we paid for. We have been contacting the owner, Glenin, and his team for almost a year to come fix that and a few other things and all we hear is that we are still on the list or has Glenin contacted you back from his own project management team. We have not heard from this company for months and months and they still have not fixed the issue. Maybe they are just running out the warranty time? We will NOT EVER go through this company again. Horrible customer service and experience. We are switching to a more reliable landscape company and paying them to fix Reinheits mistakes. We also have a full outdoor kitchen and more landscaping that we will pay another company to complete.

We had tried to get a landscaper for years with no success. We found Reinheit Landscaping while passing his truck on the freeway. We called them and Brigham returned our call within 1 day. After emailing our plans, they got back to us in a week. If it hadnâ t been for supply problems, they would have completed the project within weeks. For us, Reinheit Landscaping built several retaining walls, installed a fire pit, a large paver patio, a water feature, two raised garden plots, vinyl fencing, 300 square feet of sod, chat and several flower beds. Our project also included weed guard, bark, and a small concrete slab. Brigham continuously contacted us and kept us updated on when each project would be completed. We are extremely satisfied with our beautiful backyard. Thanks again Reinheit Landscaping and our project manager Brigham.

I LOVED working with Reinheit landscaping. They have a great cohesive crew. I loved working with Mark Morris who listened to my wishes and was able to translate his ideas to my backyard. Previously, I had a huge backyard full iof old, half alive grass. Now I have a backyard filled with a deck made out iof pavers, trees, bushes, fruit trees, two large planter boxes; stepping stones down a path, bordered by lavender plants.; complete with a chatt sitting area. Karen was also great to work with as well as Brigham and Seali. I would highly recommend Reinheit if your leaning toward zero scape or beautifying your yard.

We had several issues: 1. Rain and melting snow would run into our yard and flood our house, 2 We wanted a heated driveway 3. we needed a nice fence to keep deer out of our garden. Glenin and Mario installed a drainage system that pulls water runoff away from our home. They designed a metal and wood fence that is aesthetically pleasing, not detracting from the woods that we live next to and is functional, keeping deer out. They installed a heated paver driveway that is wonderful. They were very professional, walking us through all the steps of the project. I would highly recommend Reinheit Landscaping.

I have the most beautiful water feature in my backyard. It turned out better than I ever expected. I have people asking to go into my backyard to see the feature. Glenin and his team worked with my budget to provide something I could afford that was very aesthetically pleasing. I am so happy with the end result. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you!!

This company is top rate. They are true professionals: they're smart and they care and their creativity and vision is extraordinary. For us they did retaining walls, steps, sprinkler and lawn installation, planting of flowers, grasses, shrubs and trees, and a tremendous new deck. Glenin has the ability to see what the project can be above the mundane. If you want your project to be something beyond the usual, you can trust this team to do it for you.

Francisco and Mario Did a wonderful job on my pathways in the front and backyard I absolutely love them. I also love the rocks and the plants that they put in the front and backyard it looks beautiful. Brigham was also so patient with me on showing me how to run my lighting in the front yard and my sprinkler system. Thank you Glenin for a beautiful job.

Save yourself the trouble. Find someone else. We had high hopes and were let down time after time. Pros: The guys are nice. Really nice. Never felt uncomfortable with them at all. Cons: Require constant supervision to make sure things are done right. There is minimal communication between workers or with customer. Nothing graded before laying down sod. Sprinkler pipes not glued together and kept popping apart. After sod was in. They came back to fix this at least 3-4 times. Installed plants and sod before sprinklers worked. Had to hand water everything for 3 weeks +. Vinyl fence posts werenâ t level. Installed (ground cover) rocks before drip system and plants were in. Did not level out any dirt before installing weed guard and rocks. Wiring for sprinkler timer not done properly. They added an extra valve without running wires to it. We are going on 9-10 months for this project when it should have taken 2-3 months. And still not done.
