"I called Ryan because my 15 year old furnace was not functioning. The heat exchangers had pinholes and the secondary exchanger was completely rusted out and clogged. Ryan did his absolute best to come up with the best solution for the least amount of cost to me. In the end the resolution ended up being a new furnace unit. This gentleman is transparent and honest. He took the time to explain to me why I needed a new furnace. He had the opportunity to cobble my old one together and charge me for labor, but his integrity shined through and he let me know it's not safe, and he's not comfortable doing that. I also took the opportunity to have him install a 4" filter box to prevent future system issues due to the awful 1" filter location. I will 100% call Ryan again in the future. Thank you Ryan and Carson!"

I have had help ranging from "good" to "worst" (I would wish that on no one), and now---the BEST! I am very impressed with Kevin's experience, his knowledge, his skill (almost a gift!) and how intent and perfectionistic he is in his work. He also seems to really like what he does! He was able to resolve an issue no one else ever could fix. We had lived for at least 12 years with a cold room that no one could get heat to. When Kevin learned of it (while working on other things), he knew there was a reason and a solution--and went at it with confidence. After all these years--we are now loving a warm room free of space heaters! He did other work as well...and all his work is beautiful! I enjoy looking at the pipes in the boiler room now.
