I have received e-mails from the company, thanking me for the feedback, but I still have no information or resolution on the possible water leakage in the closet.

Fantastic. As the house was new to me - he showed me how my system works (especially my humidifier - didnt need that in CA) what to watch out for, and what needed to be replaced. Very Knowledgable and persoanble.

He left a huge mess for me to clean up he had to use a drill and left saw dust everywhere.

I have them on schedule to come out in the next month or so. I think it was $49 per hour. They have nice offers on Angie’s List. I do have a little contract with them as well. I will continue to use them. The experience was very good. I think they were here about an hour. The communication was perfect. He cleaned up afterwards. They were really great and I do believe I would recommend them.

They did fine. They were more interested in doing is to have me sign a contract so they could come all the time. I just wasn't interested in that. I can't remember so I felt that was their primary motivation. As far as their service I was happy with it. I just didn't want to hear a presentation on the contract. They did a good job of looking at the units. If I needed their services I probably would use them again.

After repeated reminders the problem was resolved

It was one guy. He seemed very knowledgable. I,m not surprised that that was their game but I'm disappointed that, that was their game. It seemed fine. That guy seemed really sharp so I don't have any issues there.

I was absolutely impressed with the work done for me. Braden, the electrician, was efficient, thoughtful of my home, and just all around wonderful. Great experience and the fan works very well.

The service was good. They responded quickly when I made the call. I think they actually were early. I don’t think I would go back for an install of my furnaces, but they’ve been good at servicing.

They were good. I think the price was competitive. I didn’t take them based on, wow, they were a lot lower cost. I compared the same equipment from different people and they were very comparable. They did a really good job. They send out the salesperson, then they send out the technician. They tell you when they’re going to be there and they were here. They were very punctual. Professionalism – They were good, it wasn’t like when they were putting in the furnaces of course, they were mostly outside, but they did a good job.

Used an advertised special from here. Technician was on time, helpful and completed the work quickly. He was a little sales-y and wanted to be pals, which was a little awkward but happy with the work overall.

We had a very good experience with the electrical team from ESCO. Our new house had outdated and dangerous electrical connections, and the electrician manager (Tim) explained all the work needed thoroughly. Our job required almost 2 full days of work, and they coordinated all the necessary inspections and workers, and had all needed supplies ready. One day they didn't come or call when scheduled, but called later to reschedule - a little inconvenient but understandable because this job couldn't easily fit around other ones. They appeared to do excellent and thorough work, and we haven't experienced any problems yet. The workers were all friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The cost ended up about 10% more than quoted, but we were expecting some variation in the final price because they had explained some things couldn't be set until they were doing the work. We felt like it was a fair price, our general home inspector had estimated a couple thousand more for the work. I would definitely use ESCO again for electrical work.

My wife inquired them of receiving an estimate. They promptly told her that they "wouldn't come out unless your husband is home". It's 2017...... can't believe the level of sexism they blatantly showcased to my wife.

Went well. The representative came on time and did the inspection. He gave us some ideas on options for future maintenance.

The Esco representative was professional and on time. He let me know right off the top that a standard drain cleaning (a $59 discounted rate through Angie's) would probably not do the job for the kitchen sink drain, without having even inspected anything, based on the propensity of grease build-up in kitchen drains. He recommended a much more expensive hydrojet service (over $400), and also tried to sell an annual membership for servicing heating and air, electrical and plumbing inspection (which would not cover repairs). He then attempted to unclog the drain with a 40' snake, which did not do the job, as he expected. I then called another service (Apollo Rooter), which came out the next day, used a 75' snake and more time on the job with a few creative approaches, and they successfully unclogged the drain -- for just over $100. I would use Apollo Rooter again in a heartbeat.

Prices way out of line. I paid for a monthly contract for services supposedly at discount prices. Found I could get all the services I had them do for much lower by just finding services on line.

The technician was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He installed the new faucet and added extra stabilization so it was so much better than before. Happy I called them!

Everything I had the plumber look at was several hundred dollars to repair, even with the deal I had purchased. When I would not go for the nearly thousand dollar repairs, the guys manager showed up and pulled out his price manual to show how much those things cost. I really don't care that they have printed up their own manual showing exorbitant pricing. I am not going to pay it. Then he took me down in the basement to look at the pipes that drain the upstairs bathrooms and found that all the work that had been done recently was wrong and was going to cause me so many problems and that was going to be another two thousand to repair that. I had them replace the hose bib which cost nearly 2 hundred dollars with the Angie's discount and the deal I had purchased, and told them I was done. Then next day I called my regular plumber, apologized for being unfaithful and he did all the work I needed to have done for less than a hundred. He warned me against these guys and several others here in the valley. He asked if when I wouldn't go for the high price then a manager showed up. I told him yes. Then he said, "And I bet he . . . " and my plumber described exactly what happened, how he took me to the basement and found a whole lot of work that had to be done, right now. I have learned my lesson and will never use any of these type of companies again.
