Description of Work: He claimed he gave us a toilet tune up, inspection and replacement of a "fluid master". That toilet now runs every so often for about 5 second intervals. He offered to put in a new "flush tower"for $207-$230(I can purchase a whole new toilet for that). Also gave us outlandish prices for replacing 3/4" water pressure regulating valve for $396-440 and replace 40 gal water heater for $1439-1599. Our running toilet problem was not solved and we feel like the only reason they charged the $39 was to try to get us to sign up for other more expensive services. Sorry, not satisfied with this offer.

Description of Work: Cory, from ESCO, installed an outside electrical outlet on a sheltered front wall of my brick house. Drilling) blindly from an existing inside box to the new outside box, he was spot on with no oopses and no damaged brick or mortar. Because he had a little time left on his calendar, he re-mounted and sealed a similar outside box on the rear of the house for just $33. I'm perfectly satisfied with the work performed and would gladly use their services again.

The toilet that was to be "tuned up" had a problem in that it tended to continue running after it was flushed. The repairman from ESCO fixed the problem by installing a different flush handle...and now the toilet runs worse than before! |On the plumbing inspection, he said we needed a new water heater (the current one works fine and is only about 5 years old). He also said we needed a new water pressure regulator and quoted $440 for that repair--which seemed quite pricey, so I passed. |He then tried to sell us a "club" membership that would get us discounts and regular check-up service calls. No thanks! It took several reschedules to get them to my house between when I purchased the coupon on March 30 to when he finally came on May 1. |I paid an additional $150 to have a leaky faucet fixed on a bathtub and, fortunately, that repair did work. |I was disappointed in the service from this company.

Description of Work: Service rep came as scheduled and was so very nice. However, I wanted to have my outside tap raised up the house outside wall three feet, and he explained that if he did so, it would negate the frost free protection that is part of the present site (going 20" back into the home at the twist of the handle). Being a new widow trying to learn all this stuff that my husband used to do, I was not aware of how frost free worked. Therefore, no work was performed, but due to his excellence and honesty, I signed up for their service program. Their office said to contact you and ask for a full refund. Thank you so much!

Description of Work: The were slow to schedule and then could only schedule a couple weeks out. I relunctantly agreed to that. Then they called to reschedule and the new date was about another 2 weeks out from original date. Told me they had other priorities and i would have to wait. I found another plumber to do it same day.

Attended to some leaks i had previously been told were "not a problem." Suspected resultant mold and referred me to a good mold removal and cleaning service. There was plenty of mold and that next job turned out to be unimaginably huge. But important to attend to. |+
