The tech who came to my home was professional and respectful. Arrived on-time in a stocked vehicle in case I needed parts. He was very good about answering my questions. I would use again in the future.

Great. Sean was on time, covered his shoes, and went to work. He took down the old fixture. Then he very carefully rewired the hanging device, checking all parts and connecting everything. Then he hung the fixture with no problems. Then, bless his heart, he helped me by assembling all the glass for the fixture from his ladder. It worked beautifully and is lovely. Finished in one hour. Great BARGAIN at Angie's List price of $49!

Horrible. Even though I had no problems with it after they opened the unit ,without warning me ,I supposedly needed new parts because once you check it it stops working. Had to get management involved.

The technician was on time and quick with the work. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the socket and replace it. I had done the same job buying a GFI socket from one of the big boxes and when it failed to work I figured the problem was bigger. Turns out that I had just purchased a defective unit directly off the shelves and had been living without those outlets working for years.

Two electrical switches were installed. Everything went well, and I’m very happy.

Great, I thought it needed to be roto-rooted but the tech advised against it because it could damage the pipe and cause a more expensive repair. Instead he did what he would do if it would have been his house and used his shop vac to clean it out.

We scheduled 3 weeks out. We gave them all the necessary information. The day of the service, they called and said they just realized it would be a 2 man job. They didn't have 2 men available, so they would need to reschedule, and the next available appointment was 3 weeks out. We did not reschedule and had another company install the fan.

was way late... took him almost 4 hours to install a kitchen faucet!!! chathed 260 more for some extensions he put on my pipes!!! wow!!! I was bery disappointed.

The electrician fixed a faulty switch for me and when he came out he also told me about a main electrical line being run into my house strangely but told me it was done in a way that was 99% safe and he would not recommend changing anything. I did not tell him that prior, a previous electrician had come out, given me less information, and told me I should spend $20,000 repairing it. I trusted his assessment instead because unprompted he was very thorough about explaining the issue before he gave his recommendation to leave it alone (saving me 20,000$ that I wasn't going to spend anyway). As part of their club program, the plumber quickly and neatly cleaned out a drain before helping me understand what I needed to do about a shower leak, which was very helpful.

Very Good. Technicians assisted in explaining current electrical system as well as fixing an outlet.

They had to re-schedule several times but gave me plenty of time to reschedule.

They found that they needed to install a fan box. The project took less than an hour. The next day, my water heater went out and I knew from the service the day before that Esco was the right place to call for this, as well.

Work was rescheduled out a couple of weeks at the last moment. i had paid for a routine drain inspection and asked about other problems. The prices for the other problems seemed high and the guy tried to sell me some form of plumbing insurance with monthly payments.

Pretty good but I think it's more of a plumbing issue rather than just the toilet itself.
