Description of Work: We had a problem with blinking lights in our ceiling fan. Cody discovered that the problem was in our light switch, not the fan. It was a great diagnosis, as it's been working perfectly since then. We would absolutely use them again.

Description of Work: They came out 2 times for the same issue and the second time it was just a blown circuit breaker and he charged me for tightening down all of the connections. But the problem has not occurred again.

If your phone number is hard coded into your contact info we can get it, but we run into a lot of situations where all we can do is send an email back to the customer asking them to call us and hope they see it, which was what we did in your case. Description of Work: The date above is an estimate. I don't have record of the exact date. The repairman was on time and very polite. He told me my pipes were all rusted and I needed to re-pipe my house. I contacted another plumber for a second opinion and he repaired the minor issue in under 10 minutes.

Description of Work: I purchased an outside hose bib repair or replacement as a deal. They were scheduled to arrive at 10am on August 13th. When I had not heard from anyone I called to find out if they were late. Apparently there was a mix up and they didn't have me on the schedule until the next day, per the office person it was their mistake it had been scheduled for Thursday but entered on the dispatch list for Friday. The next day they came on time. It didn't take them long at all and my faucet no long leaks at all. My only complaint is that the Tech left my water main cover off and laying in my front yard which posed a fall/trip hazard as it is right next to the sidewalk. I would use this company again.
