Description of Work: The were supposed to drain out my hot water heater. Instead he told me that the unit was to old to drain and proceeded to give me a detailed list of plumbing fixes. The fact that I did not get my water heater drained lends me to believe that I did not get what I paid for. The rep that came was professional enough, but once he told me that he would be unable to perform the task that I ordered. The process should have stopped and my money refunded. I have to admit I did not complain to anyone because he spent an hour going over the problems with my plumbing and gave me quotes on various project I am thinking of doing. But that service is usually provided for free under "free estimates". In conclusion I do not believe I got what I paid for, but did not complain like I should have.

Description of Work: The technician was professional and nice, but mostly he complimented me on having such clean water coming out of the tank because I have a water softener, so I paid $49 to find out I didn't need the service. He stopped draining the tank after a few minutes.

Description of Work: Used a special from Angie's List. ESCO was prompt in scheduling an appointment. Plumber arrived on time and was courteous and efficient. Some inside drywall had to be cut out due to how the old faucet was installed. This took some extra time, but there was no extra charge. Recommend ESCO for plumbing work they are efficient and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: "After I purchased service for my heating system in October, I. Was scheduled for November. Apparently, the actual person doing the job was unable to come on schedule because he was delayed at another job. Was told to call a national number & they didn't know who we were & that someone would call. They call a week later and scheduled us for December 1. The company should have scheduled us maybe a week after the initial date. Instead we were scheduled almost two months after I originally purchased the service. |I am not happy with this service, felt like we were given the run around."

Description of Work: Looked at several problems that needed fixing. In the end I could only aford to replace my bathroom faucet (I bought the faucet) and fix dripping out door faucets. It was way overpriced and I was angry that I spent so much on the voucher thinking it would pay for all the needed repairs and it was not even close. The next day my regular plumber showed up to take care of the unfinished things, told me how they had miss diagnosed a problem and spent 2 hours fixing the rest of the things. He, on the other hand charged me $100 for twice as much tI'm as the other guys. Kind of wondering about Angie's List vouchers now. Won't do that again because I am sure it cost me at least $200 more than if I had just used my regular guy. Not Happy with Esco or Angie.
