Terrible, obviously.
Description of Work: I ordered the $99 outdoor faucet replacement deal on Angie's List, gave my dates of availability and phone number, paid for the service. Have never heard from this company, and it's over 30 days later. Not a word. I understand if they're backlogged due to a high amount of orders, but it's unprofessional not to communicate the reason for the significant delay. It just makes the customer feel like they got ripped off and I'm not happy with Angie's List for this "deal", either.
