Esco, installed a new Heater and Central air unit in my home. It has cut the cost of the gas bill in 1/2. The Central air unit is very quite when it is on, you can still enjoy the quiteness of my back yard even though it is very small. The Service tech was very helpful about how to install new filters and when. They were on time and curtious everytime they came to my house they kept the work area very clean and tidy.

ESCO arrived exactly as promised with very clean and courteous employees. They explained everything they were going to do and did exactly as they said they would. They were very thorough in going over every part of my house. My house was built in 2005 and although it was newer there were several issues with insulation they were able to locate. I had been having fluctuating temp issues in different parts of the house as well as the kitchen pipes freezing in the winter. They were able to find where the issues were and fix them on site. I was very happy with the results of the energy audit and the big improvements they were able to make.

I called on Tuesday night and the service call was scheduled for Wednesday between 10 am and 12. The service provider was punctual and professional. They did not have cartridges for my builder grade delta faucet. The service person drove from SLC to Park City for the initial appointment. Then drove back to SLC to buy the $29.00 cartridge and back to my home in Park City to install it. I thought that I called a Park City plumber, it is a Park City phone number. I paid $304.00 in labor to replace the cartridge in a faucet handle. This service was very expensive. I will not use this company again because of the price I paid for the plumber to drive around and shop for parts. Update: I recieved an $89.00 refund for the labor portion of this service from ESCO thanks to angies list

They built a box, re-routed one cold air return, and added a 2nd cold-air return vent into another area of the basement. Took almost 9 hours with 2 guys. I had had several companies out to look at the furnace 2 years ago. Two of them said, yeah, you need a new one, it will be quieter, no problem. BRENT came out, spent probably 30-45 minutes evaluating the layout, the noise issues, the installation problems, the external venting, etc. and explained that while a newer furnace would be SLIGHTLY quieter, my problem was the cold-air return, and without re-routing it an adding another, I'd be wasting my money in that area. I just trusted him. Two different guys came out to install (Tom and Tony? One of them sang a lot, happy guy), and spent the whole day here. Very nice, very professional, made sure they did a great job and didn't leave a mess. HIGHLY recommend them.

I am talking about the Tooele rep: He came on time and it took about an hour to diagnose the problem. He then went to SL--took about 3-4 hours. Came back & replaced the part in about 15 minutes. The bill was no less than $466.36! Charged an $80 diagnostic fee then travel time, all at $90 an hour--again to replace a small, inexpensive part. The furnace works, but I cannot recommend them because of the excessive cost. IF you do call, get a fixed price up front. They did reimburse 15 minutes of time.

I have used them several times for seasonal maintenance. My first experience with them was positive, and the next three were not. They are easy to schedule appointments with and arrive on time. They seem to be knowledgeable and reasonably professional. My problem came when the work they did was not adequate, and I had a hard time getting it remedied.

My bathroom did not have enough vents to get it warm enough in the winter; the contractor initially came to evaluate what was needed and the work appointment was set up around my schedule. He arrived promptly; 2 small sections of ceiling had to be removed in order to extend a duct run into the bathroom. He also installed turning vanes in another part of the system that would enhance air flow throughout the system. He cleaned up the mess--not just tidied it and replaced the ceiling sections; I could not tell that he had even been there when he was done. I was told that if I felt that there was still not enough warm air coming into the bathroom, I was to call ESCO and he would return to make the necessary adjustments to get it right. I did call back to have him tweak things a little; that was done with no inconvenience to me and no charge.

They did a very good job, however shortly after installing the humidifier it broke down. They returned out to my home very promptly and repaired it at no charge to me. I was very impressed with that.
