Requested to be contacted on their website and never heard from them. They then sent notice to Angie's list that I used them and to review.

Received upgraded air handler to accommodate space. Estimates and work completed on time and in professional manner. Employees courteous and conscientious.

The whole process went MOSTLY well. They helped me understand all the options available to me, let me choose equipment based on an easy-to-understand price range, and completed the work cleanly and efficiently. A year later, the furnace and air conditioner work just fine. I'm a little unhappy that they didn't patch up an open part of the wall where they replaced the thermostat. The job feels incomplete like that, and I'll essentially have to do it myself. What really bothers me about this job is that they convinced me to sign up for regular services and checkups. This service was meant to lower the cost of this job (which it did) but also, they would show up regularly to inspect my equipment and prevent problems from arising. Unfortunately, after six months of collecting monthly payments from me, I hadn't heard a peep from them. They were content to received payments and give nothing in return. I promptly canceled my enrollment in the program. The one other gripe is that they told me that replacing my furnace and air conditioning with more efficient models would be tax deductible when tax season came around. It was not. You might want to consider this company as they technically did a good job with what I hired them for... Just don't sign up for any additional services.

ESCO arrived on time and professionally diagnosed my issue and correct the problem. I have had no issues since.

Required replacing hose bib valve, some dry wal cutting inside. All was done ver well, including repair of drywall and color match painting.

Our first appointment was kept, a 2nd all day appointment was needed, set up, then rescheduled by ESCO. When I didn't approve of the far off date, they were quick to find me a much sooner time and were able to resolve the issue.

I couldn't be there to meet him and only my tenant did, but he didn't even change the filter! What kind of winter service was that. I think he just showed up, looked at it and left! I called to find out and no one was helpful . They kept my money and that was it. NEVER use these guys.

Excellent. Repair person Tim was very professional, explained the repair I needed on my furnace. I was impressed with his knowledge on furnaces, how they operate and maintenance. He was very cordial and honest. My furnace works Great!!

1. Purchased a deal (Electrical) for a small job which has been done (left a positive review). During the job got an estimator here who gave us a quote for some other projects. Some of them were completed but it took much longer than expected. After that we tried to reach an estimator to schedule the remaining projects but he was "hiding (?)" from us. Eventually got a guy (Manager) here who declined all previous quotes that were given to us and gave us a new bid which was about 50% more than the original. Also during the conversation we figured out that the estimator and the installer provided to him completely different information about all our agreements, even though we had a written proof. Many times he mentioned that he needs a profit and he can't do this job for that money, quoted by his company guy!!! 2. Almost at the same time we purchased a Pluming deal from the same company. Before the purchase we spoke with CS Rep and explained the problem, specifically asked if this deal will cover the issue and got an answer "YES". So we purchased the deal and called today to schedule the visit. But CS Rep just refused to do the job even though whatever they have to do is exactly says in a description deal: "fixing leaky fixtures or pipes". So they were just looking for any excuses to not do the job (because it's low cost). Definitely we can't go with this company anymore.

Their bid was very high so I canceled. I need my $50 back from you.

The main problem was with their recommendation to replace our furnace. When the tech did come out to work on the furnace he was in the basement when another tech knocked on our door. He said that he was quality control and asked where the other tech was. I took him to the other tech in the basement. When they both came up we were told that there was a very serious crack in our heat exchanger and were told the whole system needed to be replaced. They showed us a picture of heat exchanger with cracks and asked us to sign a form saying that we understood if we continued to use the system we would not hold them reliable for any deaths related to the malfunction of the unit. We had them give us a quote and they left. We decided to get a couple of other quotes from some providers, but instead of telling them what ESCO had told us, we just requested they come in and look over our system. Both of the two companies we hired told us that there was nothing wrong with our system. When I told one of the techs about the cracks ESCO had mentioned he showed me where my heat exchanger was and showed me that there were no cracks. Both companies advised that we could continue to use our system. I had then asked ESCO to send me the pictures of the cracks. They did send me pictures, but they were not the ones they showed us and there were no cracks. We never heard back from them again.

I am an ESCO Priority Club Member. With that membership, I have recently had several appointments. Electrical: a timer controlling the porch light of my house was replaced Furnace: my furnace was checked before the winter season Plumbing: there were two visits involving several plumbing issues. The main two were replacement of my disposal and my kitchen faucet. For all of these appointments, the service was good and the repairs or checks were successful. All of the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I did feel that the plumbing charges were quite high.

Technician arrived promptly, viewed the job and gave me an estimate for the job. Work was completed and he didn’t leave until I assured him it met my approval. I will definitely hire them again.

The gentleman was here on time and looked at the toilet involved. He said it would cost more to repair than to replace it. When he did the whole house inspection he also said that the water heater was a hazard and needed to be replaced ASAP, or, at the very least, have the tank above it secured or replaced. He left us with a lot of estimates and pushed to make an appointment. I cancelled the appointment and hired our HVAC to take care of the water heater for under $50. and a handyman to fix the toilet seal for $20. Did not get my $39.dollars worth. He was friendly and I feel he would have done a good job but I was just in the market to get the toilet seal in the bathroom repaired because we are completely re-doing that bathroom in the near future.

Well. I called for an appointment--it was 2 weeks out (I wasn't concerned because this wasn't an emergency, just a tune up). Three or four days before the appointment they called and asked if they could change it due to an emergency. I was afraid they'd move it back several days. They actually moved it forward from the afternoon to the morning!

Very smoothly...this guy knew what he was doing though he was relatively new to the company. He was quick and left the place neat and tidy.

The electrocution was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me peace of mind. I used an Angies list voucher.

Furnace is at least safe, if not terribly efficient. Good to know.

Dre arrived on time, wore shoe covers in the house and was professionally dressed. He made some adjustments to the furnace and explained everything he did. He made some recommendations and gave me a price for doing what he suggested. They did offer a lower price than Angie's list for servicing our other furnace which I accepted.

Serviceman was punctual and professional

The tech who came to my home was professional and respectful. Arrived on-time in a stocked vehicle in case I needed parts. He was very good about answering my questions. I would use again in the future.
