YES! Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electric

This company will be coming out on the 10th, to have a different faucet installed since mine is not standard. The location where the faucet is is extremely awkward. They have been very professional.

It was very complicated at first, but once they finally came to actually do the work, they did a good job.

It went very well. Service was performed with patience & to my needs.

Cody was the electrician that came to our home. He was so pleasant and courteous. He did the work we had asked be done and gave us some good energy efficient ideas for our home. We would definitely use this company again and we would ask that Cody be our electrician.

Water softener leak was repaired. More time was spent trying to sell me the service agreement!

It was good. They found the line for the refrigerator that I was looking for. Scheduling was also good. Two plumbers came out.

I purchased the "Angie's Deal" for 2 hours of service. Almost immediately after purchase, I received an email stating that Esco would call to set up an appointment. A nice lady called early the next morning ( I had purchased online later in the evening), to set up an appointment. I explained to her that we were in the process of a basement remodel and were not quite ready for the electrical to be done. She was extremely pleasant and said to just give them a call when we were ready. A couple weeks later we called to set up an appointment. They scheduled us for the following week. My husband had done most of the electrical, but we needed it inspected for insurance purposes (and my peace of mind), and needed some advice on several extra lines that were originally run by the builder that seemed to go nowhere, and we needed a 220V outlet checked that we were told was not live that we did not intend to use. A master electrician (not a tech) came out who was extremely nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. He finished checking all of our electrical, capped off our 220 outlet which turned out to be live, and helped clean up our electrical box which had a lot of extra wires that we were not sure were necessary. We were extremely pleased and have already decided to use them again to check out the wiring in our rental homes.

It was wonderful. They were on time. They were very quick. They had it done in an hour. Their work was great.

Great deal, great service! The electrician was very skilled and knowledgeable and also very friendly. Patiently explained both problems and solutions. Did everything on my list and then some, even asked several times what more he could do. Also gave me estimates on several other things I asked about. So glad to have a dependable electrical service I can call now when needed.

They did a great job. The employees were very nice and very prompt. The furnace was broken and the quickly fixed it.

This is the most complete tune-up of my furnace that anyone has ever done. The technician was punctual, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He also made some excellent suggestions on using our system more efficiently. My concern was not with him but with the scheduling process; I had to schedule a month and one half before the technician could come. However, it was worth the wait. I am an ESCO club member so I do not know the exact cost of this service.

They did a great job. They gave me a two hour window to come. They were professional and put on booties before they entered the home. The staff were pleasant.The recommendations they gave me were appreciated but the prices were on the high end.

The service worked out good. It was excellent. There were no issues.

Success! No more sprays or drips

He was very professional and went the extra mile. Because of some technical issues in regard to installing this from the inside, he even moved our heavy couch and reclininer. He explained earlier that he could install it two ways. Another involving putting an extra breaker in the electrical box would have been more costly, so I declined this. What I was most impressed with is a little thing. He took time to let me vacuum behind the couch and the chair. I have arthritis in my back, so I'm unable to move this and at the time my husband was ill and recuperating. I would definitely use Esco again. They were prompt in setting this up, and he called to let me know he was on his way. This is very important to me as we have a pet dog to lock in another room. And it was so nice to have that outlet for my outdoor nativity scene.

John came, serviced my furnace, cleaned it. He accepted my coupons from Angie.

Prompt, fast, friendly service. Checked with me several times to make sure he was doing things the way I wanted him to. Excellent service, very professional. Will use them again for sure!

Called early in October for the service. The service was scheduled about 6 weeks out. The day before the technician was to come, the office called and said they couldn't come---and scheduled another 2 weeks out. I was given a two hour window, and they came two hours after that. The technician was professional and explained clearly what he was doing. If you can put up with the scheduling nonsense, this company may be okay.

They did a good job. The worst part was that they did not plan it well so it took them awhile to do it. I live in a condo unit so they replaced all out outside lights.

Its taken way too long to get the job done, and they changed my appointment 8 hours before they were supposed to do the job. And I can?t wait any longer.

I had problems initially with getting the appointment scheduled but after I emailed and talked to them they were very accomadating. The people were great and I even had them back again for another project. Great response and customer service They have program you can sign up for the is really inexpensive. I signed up and I am glad they were so reponsive to my inital problem because it ended up to be a win-win.

We were scheduled for today from 2-5. ESCO called and said they had too many customers with broken furnaces and needed to reschedule the tune up. This is not something I can stay home from work to "wait" for them to show up during the "window" they give you. They don't do weekends or evenings. So, they say they cannot come until January 9th. This is ridiculous as they are the ones that chose to bump us (for higher repair fees)!! Professionalism 0. Customer Service 0. Will never trust them next to our furnace. A disappointment

Came in at appointed time, finished furnace cleaning, provided some tips and left.

We are looking to for a new HVAC company to perform scheduled maintenance on our A/C w/heat pump and furnace system. After reading a few reviews about time frame issues, I called ESCO to see for myself before buying the deal. After telling the person that answered the phone what we needed, I was told that they could only schedule for our A/C separately in the spring. I explained to him that we need it all to be tuned-up as a whole, as the system works together. I was told if that is how our system works, and nothing is wrong with it, the soonest they can book me is the beginning of February. When I told him this is for a tune-up to prevent the system from breaking down, I asked if there were any appointments before the middle of Winter- so we have less of a chance of getting stuck in a cold emergency? I was told no you will have to find another provider for your needs.
