The contractor had me fill out a lengthy questionnaire about my home. After a brief walk-through of my home, he was very candid that while there were a few things that could be done to increase my home's energy efficiency, the cost would be very high compared to the return on investment. I appreciated his candor, and he offered some other low-cost suggestions I could try.

Great, they just didn't explain the service well.To replace a facet would be more involved than I thought.

Had malfunctioning within one week.

The service went fine. I guess the initial cost was two hours for $119 and then, there was an additional $219 on another project. They were fine. The tech was prompt, courteous, and did what he was supposed to do in the time allotted. They cleaned up everything they needed to. I would tell a friend about them. There were no surprises. They did not tell me something I did not need. Everything was just done well, professionally, and no surprises.

GREAT! The two service techs were prompt, polite and efficient.

Service was great. Very helpful advice. Went above and beyond without trying to upsell me. Worth every penny.

The faucet does not leak, however, but I don't consider the promo price any bargain.

A few scheduling hiccups. Scheduled the original appointment and 1 hour before the agreed upon time they called to reschedule. Begrudgingly, I rescheduled. When the new rescheduled date came about one technician showed up then called in another technician for consultation and left me with a Good News Bad News scenario. The good news was that they could fix it and the bad news was it would not be that days d we would need to reschedule. Another reschedule and more time off from work. Please note that in no way this should be a reflection of the employees I had direct interaction with. The plumbing technicians were courteous and polite and extremely accommodating. The scheduler or receptionists I spoke to were all friendly and apologetic. So truthfully everyone in direct customer contact could not have been nicer. The job was finally completed to my satisfaction and I feel it was a good value. The downside was the erratic schedule and my time which did not seem to be valued enough. Bottom line...would I use them again? Yes. Had I not encountered the scheduling issue, the customer experience would've been optimal. Their technicians and schedulers helped salvage the situation to the point I would actually recommend them.

Great. Tech believed the noise wasn't a leak, but rather pipe movement due to temperature changes. Punctual, professional, nice, helpful.

Esco sent us a very personable and professional young man who evaluated our project, gave us an estimate, and returned when scheduled to complete the job. First rate in every respect.

He was most courteous, prompt and thorough in his work. He gave me a detailed evaluation of my system. He also went over and above the parameters of his visit to remove deposits in my hot water line to the kitchen sink.

I would use them again in the future.

It went wonderrful , Mr T. Tanner was here to do the job , he was clean and even put on booties before coming in the house , it didnt take long for him to discover that one of the toilets was a bad make , the one I was complaining of , he gave me solutions I had never thought about , I will ponder this and do some more researth , I am pleased with Mr. T. Tanner.

From my perspective, if you miss a scheduled time as a provider of a service you should try a little bit harder the next time. I don't want to do business with a company that can miss a scheduled time by 2 hours then not make the following appointment because the customer's phone wasn't answered within 44 minutes.

Ordered April 10th. I called them a few times before they scheduled with me. When they finally scheduled with me it was for the 28th of May. They never showed to the scheduled appointment.They didn't call to let me know either.

Company provides a 30 min. courtesy call prior to coming out. Which is great as I work and gives me time to leave work and meet contractor. I can't remember the technician name but he showed up on time, we asked questions about installing 30 amp plug for Trailer. He gave us information so we could make decision. He asked about placement -how high from the ground, vertical or horizontal. He installed it, cleaned up after him self. It turned out great. He did mention it would stick out a bit. I was surprised by how bulky it looks but that's it.. Very Professional and will use them again. We actually signed up for their Priority Club member. I purchased my voucher from another website but happy with the results and wanted to share my experience with everyone here on Angie's list.

They told us Friday when we spoke to them that they would be out first thing Monday morning, but then called us today and said they could not come out for three weeks.

I called Monday, I was told we would get a call on Tuesday by Wednesday I called back. I thought they were a reputable company because of Angie's list. Beware I would never deal with this company again a total rip off!! I gave it a D because he did fix the leak.

Great. I called them, the scheduled a date about 3 weeks out. They called the night before to verify the appointment. It was scheduled at 2pm, but they asked if I wanted to do the morning. I couldn't, so we stuck with the original appointment. They called at about 1pm to tell me he was on his way and verify that I would be home. When he got there I showed him what I needed, and he got right to it. I had most of the parts so I didn't need to buy any parts from them. He worked hard, and got it done. He did the panel right, taking no shortcuts. He was a nice guy. We chatted easily, and he showed me how to do the boxes in case I wanted to do the rest myself. All in all it was great and I would have them back again. He did ask if he could take 5 minutes at the end and pitch their services. I said that was fine. He did it quickly while he was finishing the hall light. It wasn't heavy handed at all.

Everything went well. I took advantage of a coupon online and they were able to accommodate my request for the appointment. The technician did a great job explaining some issues with my a/c unit and made some corrections to my system so that it wouldn't freeze up. I was pleased with the service and will use them again in the future.

They cleared it and everything, but he said my house was so old that I could have problems again. He was very nice, but he left a mess.

They did a really good job and I was really happy with what they did in our office. I remember I was okay with the price. They are just a good group and are trustworthy. They are really good. Everything seems to be working great. They had us on a two week wait because they were so busy with stuff and they just bumped us up right up to the front so that was awesome. They are very professional.

They've done good. They were excellent. What stands out the most about them is their professionalism and punctuality.

These guys did a good job. They seemed to jump to the conclusion that I need a new furnace rather quickly. (my furnace is only 10 years old.) Ultimately we just repaired the issue, and my furnace is working just fine. The pricing is reasonable for what was done.
