ESCO provided a comprehensive electrical wiring, fixed several outlets and light fixture issues. We have also had ESCO come out to inspect our furnace and provide feed back and tune up. I was pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. They have a home now on our phone directory for all our electrical and heating/cooling needs.

It took the technician 30-40 minutes to install the first outlet, so he didn't have time to install the second outlet. On the second outlet, he said it would take more work so he gave me two new quotes. The first quote was $350 for him to trench through the wall to tie into the existing outlet. The second quote was $500 for him to run wire from my utility room nearby so he didn't have to cut into the wall. Obviously the $49/hour special was just a come-along so they could get you for more money! What a rip-off!

Poorly. I told them the scope of work I was looking for when I made an appointment to get a bid. The electrician who showed up didn't even have s screw driver to open the panels. He also could not offer me a bid, but said his manager had to do that. Manager never got in contact with me... wasted time that I took off work.

Work went fine charged me more money than I already paid. Then wanted me to join their club for special services.

Esco sent an exceptional plumber, Skyler, to my home. Skyler was on time, professional, hard working and worked determinedly to help me with multiple projects during the one hour I had contracted through Angie's List. The only concern about Esco, is that they cancelled last minute two times, for appointments to use this coupon, and it took months for each of those to be scheduled. On the 3rd attempt to schedule, I expressed the difficulty this caused, and they responded finally, with an available plumber. Skyler was exceptional and I would highly recommend any work he does related to bathroom and sink plumbing.

Probably the only worse part was that I never really got to choose which disposal they installed. They just had what they carried and luckily it turned out to be a good one, but I really did not have a say in what disposal they installed. I think they can go for much higher than that. They actually called and wanted to come early and that worked for me. I need to call them for toilet repair.

I called them twice to confirm all I need to provide is the ceiling fan. They confirmed both times that is correct. When they came out they tried to charge me an additional $200.00 to install the fan. They also tried to get me to subscribe to their subscription service. I have requested for the deal.

Not very good. I had purchased two lights, and one of them was defective. One of them was installed and performed perfectly, but i was told i would have to pay to get the other light installed when it arrived. Since i paid for one hour of electrical service, and it would have taken one hour to install both lights, i feel like i should not have to pay an extra $49.00 for another installation.

The work was fine, but their real purpose seemed to be on selling their service contract package.

He checked the furnace and talked about some of the issues with the exhaust. It was very helpful.

The ESCO representative was very professional. He gave me a bid on some service work that was close to 50% higher than what my plumber quoted.

I was very happy with ESCO. They came the next day after I called which I really appreciated, Having no electricity in my kitchen wasn't something I wanted to put up with for too long. Mark, the electrician, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was punctual, competent and nice to do business with. I'll be using ESCO in the future.

They were very professional. They came when they said they would. Initially the man that they sent did not have the camera with him however he made a call and the guy with the camera came.

Took a loss on the money we paid through Angie's list for this service because their availability was too far out. We had to go with someone else.

He was very thorough and went overboard in helping me even though it wasn't necessary work. He was excellent in explaining everything. I would have them out again.

Great! Got some good advice and a good quote

Electrician was polite and informative but I felt the quote was rather high so called for two more quotes. Both subsequent quotes came in cheaper than Esco so I will be using another electrician (highly rated) for my work. I have not been charged for this appointment so I will use up coupon offer on something else. I will be fair and say I have used Esco's services before this, but feel they are on the expensive side. The Angie's list discount offer for Esco is not worth it in my view.

The work was completed very quickly. I had a couple concerns/complaints, but they stepped up to the plate with great solution. They are honest and professional.

HORRIBLE! Bought a coupon for service call and work credit. Worker spent 1 hour looking for other stuff to fix (testing water, looking at water pressure, etc..) instead of just fixing the simple leak under the sink. They were more interested in selling a "club" membership than actually just fixing a problem. Ran out of time to fix the problem because they were so focused on selling additional services and looking for other things to fix. What a rip off! Stay away!

They didn't come over to install my ceiling fan and wanted to schedule another day for ME to wait for them and HOPE that they show up.... I canceled the appointment. I will also note that they scheduled me a block of time between 2pm and 5pm and waited until 2:30pm to tell me they would not come over and there was nothing they can do about it except make me take more time off work.

On Sunday the drain in the shower once again bubbled up like it does when it needs to be cleaned. I am very upset about this. I need to have the company come out again and take care of this problem. I will call tomorrow and make an appointment. I will never use this company again.

They explained our wires were not up to code and he could not do the work. He was clear on what needed to be done. He was friendly, on time, and gave us a window of when he was going to arrive.

The service was pretty good. There was an additional fee because there was additional stuff that they had to do. Everything was great. I think the price was a little high.

The service turned out fine. It was good. There was an additional charge to the $49 Big Deal. The total cost was $447. One thing that I did not expect to happen and I cannot really say it was his fault, the stopper that you can lock a drain so it fills up with water is kind of broken and I was inquiring about how much it would be to have him do that. He was looking underneath and tightened something and one of the hoses broke or something as he was tightening. Therefore, I had to do the whole lines under there, but that could have been an accident waiting to happen because the old copper flex lines were really outdated or he could have been over tightening or whatever he was doing. He fixed that though.

That was fine. They did what I needed pretty much.
