The Painter

Jan and his team will be our go-to painters from here on. We called him on New Years Day to request a consult and he came over that evening. He gave us a bid on painting a tall wall, and told us he could start early the next morning since they just finished up a big job. They did an amazing job. We were a little concerned about hiring a professional painter since our last (and only) experience with professionals was very disappointing. Jan assured that it would look perfect with perfect lines. He delivered. My husband and I are blown away by how perfect the lines are. We both tried finding mess ups, and they just aren't there. He and his team were so personable, polite, courteous and cleaned up when the job was finished. Any wall that will be painted in our house will be painted by these guys from now on.

He did a superb job - the paint job is beautiful, inside and out. The prep work, paint job and cleanup were extremely well done. He and his crew were always punctual, or called if they were delayed. He was able to match the colors for Benjamin Moore paints (very expensive paint!) perfectly in a Sherwin-Williams paint, and the results were entirely satisfactory. When a patch of the outside begain to peel after just one year, he came back and repainted it - he stands behind his work. He's not the cheapest bid, but he does the best job - a true craftsman.

A professional job by Jan Gerard Doornbos. He arrived on time for the estimate and on time for the work. A very nice man with years of experience. He was clean and neat. No complaints.

He did a great job and came back afterwards to touch it up at no cost. He did a marvelous job and his quality was very high. He stands by his work. He matched the color as well when doing the touch up. I spent between $2000 to $3000 on that work. He was very useful in choosing colors. He got the ones I wanted and he had some small repairs to do. His men were able to replace one of the small pieces. He really knows what he is doing.
