handyman service
 + -1 moreHe tried to blame his secretary (ex-fiancee'). He tried to convince me to pay him a second time and said he'd come to my house to talk about the money I owed him. He demanded payment before the project was completed.
Description of Work: He did most of the work except for the last portion of the process. I asked him not to come back. It was a two hour job and he made it last far longer that it should have taken. Not a great job or personality. He did not come out on time or with the right tools needed. He had excuses for everything. He tried to renegotiate the price.
