+ -1 moreDid not pick up the pet hair as said would. Could still see some spots on carpet (not stains, so should have been removed). Could still smell some odors, especially pet vomit.

+ -1 moreThe service was fine. The guy was fine and on time, but it felt like maybe he left some soap or residue or something in it. Maybe, he did not rinse it out well, but other than that, it was fine. They made the appointment for me as soon as I called. I would probably not use them again. I may try one of those residue-free ones next time. In fact, I rinsed it just about a week ago with the little carpet cleaner I have at home and there seemed to be a lot of sod and stuff in there. The guy was punctual and on time. I just do not know if he spent enough time doing the rinsing. I might still keep looking.

+ -1 moreOver all they did a good job, and the sour milk smell went away. They looked very professional what with their shirts and painted van. I was a bit disappointed, however, that they did not move a couple of tables and place plastic squares under the table legs afterwards. Their website stated they did lite furniture moving.

Description of Work: Initially setting up the appointment was simple enough, however, they asked that we call them when the time to have the carpets cleaned was closer to confirm the appointment. It was that second call that proved problematic. The phone would ring and eventually forward to another number where the line would be hung up. We made several attempts and finally gave up and just hoped they hadn't gone out of business and would show up as we had originally scheduled. They finally contacted us and from that point on, things went more smoothly. They arrived promptly and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets, going above and beyond our expectations. The low scores for responsiveness and professionalism are for the communication problems we had with them. Once on site they were very professional. The communication issues made the experience more trying than it needed to be.

+ -1 moreAt first there was a miscommunication as to which type of carpet cleaning we had wanted done: pads v.s. truck mounted. They used pads and we had wanted the truck mounted. They took responsibility for the miscommunication and discounted the service. The cleaning came out quite good. I would use them again and recommend them.
Description of Work: They cleaned our carpets upstairs, downstairs, the hallway, and the stairs.
