Description of Work: A salesman and trainee spent 5 hours explaining the quality of the windows and would not leave until I placed an order. So I ordered 6 windows. Yes, their products are excellent but the price is way too high and they promised I would be 100% satisfied which I am not.

Description of Work: The only reason I gave this company a score as high as I did was because their work was reasonably well done, although my husband did not think so and he was the one watching the process. There were problems we had to have them return for and they were prompt and efficient on those. I also rated the overall experience a D and not F because I blame myself for not getting any comparison bids. They are rather high pressure sales people and clutter the whole process with "special discounts" and the like. Even with the "discounts" the price we paid for only average windows was so much higher than a company my daughter used just after we had our work done we were pretty unhappy. My advise to anyone of course would be to do a lot of comparison shopping before hiring any kind of home improvement work. I was not a member of Angie's list when all of our work was being done and I am very sorry about that because we had serious problems with several companies.

Description of Work: I have a "No Trespassing" sign on my front door and the saleman, James ignored it. My mother answered the door and gave him the home phone number. I read the pevious post regarding their behavior. I will ask them not to call and if the salesman refuses I will seek legal action. I asked my mother to point to the sign the next time and tell these people we aren't interested. I will choose the company , not them me and will never consider a company that ignores my no trespassing sign.

+ -1 moreThe saleswoman was very nice, but not as informed as I would have liked about the specifics of her product. We finally ordered the windows and the company sent someone out to measure the windows. He was very prompt and helpful in answering our additional questions about the installation. The windows took about 2 weeks to come in. Again, their installers arrived on time. The installers had a hard time with a couple of odd windows, but in the end everything looked wonderful and they cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: Replaced outdated windows on my 2 story home with vinyl clad, double paned windows.
