Your Inspection Pros

Description of Work: We were having problems with alergies and illness in our home for the past year so we called Your Inspection Pros for Air Quality testing to see if we had a mold or radon problem. This company did an excellent job explaining the tests and the equipment used to do the testing. We were emailed the results within a few days and were relieved to see that levels of mold and radon were very low. The report did show moderate levels of possible allergan causing chemicals from personal care products, candles, and cleaning products. The air testing bill was around $400 and the company offered an option of a whole house ventilation system called the EZ Breathe. They offered to include the cost of the air testing in the cost of the EZ Breathe system and installation of $3200. We looked into other ventilation systems and they were much more expensive and decided to go with this one. It has been in our home for over a month now and we have noticed a big difference in our health and general well-being. We would recommend Your Inspection Pros and the EZ Breathe system to anyone who may be having allergy and general health problems. They were prompt, professional and did what they say they were going to do. Your Inspection Pros was not high pressure and we did not feel obligated to purchase any product or system. We were also allowed to think about the offer and it was not a "do it now or lose it" propisition. They even offered 12 months same as cash financing!
