Our journey with West Shore Homes began with us just wanting to replace an unsafe garden tub in the basement. After reviewing additional options with Brandon, (our design consultant) it was an easy decision for us to move forward in upgrading our master bath shower and the main bathroom tub as well. The 1st day of 3, we had Kimball, Riley, & Dylan working on the master bath, they had to come back the next day to finish. Carson, Fredy and Logan installed & completed the basement shower the 1st day . Carson, Fredy and Kyle returned a week later, because our tub arrived in the wrong color, they completed the main bath installation in 1 day. The teams were courteous, professional and explained the process in detail. The transformation of our three bathrooms is incredible and well worth the 3 day interruption. For these reasons it is easy to rate West Our journey with West Shor Homes with 5 stars and we would recommend them to anyone we know that is interested in a bathroom remodel.

Great workman, great job

Shelby, Porter and Nate S. came and ripped out a very old bathtub and tile surround,wrangled old plumbing, I know that is difficult . Then they installed a beautiful shower, it was exactly what I wanted .They were very polite and respectful. I was fully informed about how to take care of my new shower and that I was welcome to call West Shore Home for any service needed for my beautiful shower. Also made sure my home was clean before they left. I highly recommend this team they are AWESOME !

If you would like something done quickly and right this is it. The pricing seems high but as time will tell it is warranted which does improve the quality of the work. I will have to see how it endures over time but currently I feel well taken care of

Our experience with West Shore Home was wonderful. Start to finish, West Shore Home delivered as promised. We decided it was finally time to remodel our 40 year old bathroom. We called West Shore Home and made an appointment for a free quote. Shelby, a design consultant arrived and spent 3 hours with us explaining how West Shore Home does business, the different options that they offer for our remodel, and the process we could expect should we decide to move forward. Shelby is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did her best to ensure our satisfaction. Shelby (a different Shelby) and Dylan were our installation team. They are fantastic. They were also professional and friendly. They answered any and all questions about the project. They promised a 2 day completion and delivered on time. Their workmanship is outstanding. The bottom line is we are happy that we chose West Shore Home for our project and we are thrilled with the final result. Great job!

We had an expansive remodel to undertake in the primary bathroom of our home. After researching several companies and receiving their bids, we focused our attention on West Shore Home. Each associate we communicated with was pleasant and knowledgeable. A big shout out to Shelby, our liaison throughout our project. Our construction team, Kimball and Riley, arrived as scheduled, introduced themselves and promptly started the remodel. We had no issue entrusting our home to them when we had to leave to carry out our everyday business affairs. They followed the design specs, as per our contract, and reached out with any inquiries or feedback they had throughout the process. They thoroughly cleaned up all debris upon completion of our bath remodel. In summary, Kimball and Riley were professional, friendly, quality-driven, respectful and trustworthy. We highly recommend West Shore Home!

The quality of workmanship was top notch, specifically field Tech GRAYSON & HUNTER. These 2 young men showed up on time for the 2 days to complete the project and their professionalism is unquestioned. Thank you Grayson & Hunter. We've hirderd West Shore Home before to remodel a shower and we love it!! We hired them again to remodel the floor, vanity and toilet. Kimball and Riley did an exceptional job and were such a pleasure to work with!

They were very professional in every aspect of this project, from planning through final demonstration. They did their best to keep us informed and to minimize as much mess as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a walk in shower.

There did a very professional job, ended nice. And able to get done in 8 hours. It is just unfortunate how much it costs, had to take a loan out for the cost of a used car.

West Shore Home did an amazing job remodeling our two bathrooms. They replaced our existing tub and shower combinations with walk-in showers. Replaced our existing vanities, floors, toilets, and baseboards with great modern updates. We took our time selecting the right company to do our remodel. After reviewing and evaluating four companies, we selected West Shore Home. The quality of their materials, the updated designs and installation all done by their professional, trained, and experienced employees (no subcontractors) were the major reasons we selected West Shore Home. Their sales/design representative, Evan, listened to our needs and concerns before the design process started. He suggested helpful design alternatives and provided examples for our completed remodel. He explained before we signed the contract, the agreed cost in our contract is the last price we pay at the end of the work unless we change the scope of the work. We found Evan to be honest and professional. The installers, Kimball, Riley, Craig, Grayson, and Hunter were on time for the removal and worked hard until the installation was professionally complete. West Shore completed the remodel in two days! Kimball, the lead installer, was great. He explained the removal and installation process before starting the work and provided updated progress information during the process. They were very considerate of our living conditions and protected our home from any damage. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the work done right. It was our experience that selecting Wests Shore Home was the right decision for our remodel. They worked hard to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. I am so please with the work Kimball,Craig,Grayson,Hunter did with my bathroom they explained everything they addressed all my questions they cleaned up was excellent they did not leave until I was very satisfied with all the work they completed I asked for coupons as I have neighbors that weâ ll need bathrooms done and I will request that Kimball,Craig,Grayson ,Hunter will be the ones to do the job at all times !There work was excellent and now a days there are a lot to f companyâ s that donâ t care these gentlemen did an hour excellent job very respectful knowledge able I will tell family friend to call West Shore to have their bathroom done and make sure the 4 gentlemen are to do the work for them these gentlemen are a great asset for your company for sure and now a days you canâ t find that I will show some of my neighbors the job that was done on my bathroom so that they will call West Shore and I will leave West Shore sign in my yard also.Again I Am Hank Kimbell,Craig Grayson ,Hunter and Vincent Sharp sales manager you need to keep him as he is excellent he shows he cares for his customer takes his time and works with the he customer until they are satisfied it what they want Again I Thank West Shore

Staff were professional and personable. Quality products. Timely.

Well they tried real hard to clean up but it left much to be desired. They worked hard and did a very good work. But the product was not as we were led to believe. I was very disappointed in the material that was used. It was not as good as the salesman had led us to believe. Those that did the work were very professional. They arrived on time and left the place as good(almost) as it was when they got there. I was very pleased with their work.

Fast and easy

Kinball and Fredy remodeled my shower and tub area into a large walk in shower. They did an incredible job, it is truly a masterpiece!! Thank you for all the hardworking, I love my new shower!!

This shower will be a game changer for accessibility! The whole process was simple. Marlon did a great job helping us design the project, Kimball and Carrson were A+ installers, and Kaitlynn was awesome at keeping us updated on the timeline for everything. Highly recommend!

Kimball & Hunter arrived on time and worked hard all day to remove tub/shower combo and change to a safe, walk-in shower. They also handled unexpected challenge so project could be completed in one day. They were professional in all they did.
