I had a great experience with Upfront Drains Heating and Air Conditioning. They provided a free quote for my project. Since I was having a new toilet installed, I was given the type of toilet that I would need. So, I purchased it, and Randy picked it up from Lowes and promptly came to install it. He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. He hauled away the old fixture and cleaned up after himself. Before he left, I tested the toilet, and it works much better than the previous one. Everything went quite smoothly. I appreciate his knowledge, skill and professionalism. I am very pleased.

Shockingly Bad Workmanship, Irreversible Damage, and Zero Accountability - A Warning to All! My experience with Upfront Heating and Air was an absolute nightmare. Their technicians caused extensive and irreversible damage to my 1890s historic home, and the company has shown absolutely no remorse. Despite my explicit instructions and providing the correct tools, they used a reciprocating saw on my lath and plaster ceiling, leaving it utterly destroyed. The runs they installed upstairs were not only carelessly placed but also shockingly misaligned, as you can see in the attached photos. Their response to this obvious flaw? Oh, we already glued it. and This blatant disregard for quality and customer satisfaction is appalling. When I contacted the owner, Ryan, about the damage, he shockingly dismissed my concerns, hiding behind a clause in their terms and conditions that absolves them of any responsibility for damaging property! This is not only unacceptable but also demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and respect for their customers. To make matters worse, they initially underbid the job and then tried to pressure me into paying a significantly higher price upon arrival. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about the damage they inflict on people and homes. I urge anyone considering Upfront Heating and Air to steer clear. They are not upfront in any way, shape, or form. Their workmanship is subpar, their customer service is appalling, and their disregard for customer property is simply unforgivable. Upfront Plumbing was a great decision. Took care of my main sewer line issue, involved major excavation and they had it done in three days. Also installed a great water softener that we already love as well as a tankless water heater. Very fair prices and amazing technicians. Highly recommended.

Great experience! They did a furnace and heat pump install on my house. They gave me a fair bid and did amazing work. They were accessible with questions. Everything went quick. I highly recommend them.

Great service, great work etiquette, showed up on time and communicated the entire time. Only complaint was any services that were quoted for were extensively expensive (350$ to clean AC coils, 300$ to replace capacitor, etc)
