Up Front refused to provide their hourly cost for labor. They said each job was priced separately. Long story short, their labor cost was $575 per hour for the job they did for me, and I provided the hardware. The bill was over $1100 for two hours work. I felt that it was outrageous.

Personally contacted me about my sewer hookup and was able to pinpoint the problem. I called around for other quotes and in the process found out my city was planning to tear out the road and sidewalks in a project scheduled next summer so the job I need done can be done then very cheaply.

I had Randy come to the house to install a pressure regulator and to fix a leak in a capped-off line. Pricing was reasonable, quality was fantastic and true to their name, they were transparent and easy to understand. I am definitely going to use them again for any future needs.
