Description of Work: Had tune up and repair work done on my hot water boiler furnace. Their "Boiler Man, Andy who is a long time employee and his assistant did an excellent job. This company has been in business since I believe 1949 or 50.

Description of Work: Have used them three times for different jobs. This time, they repaired a leaking pipe in basement. Connection was abnormal, I was told, so it took longer and cost more than I expected, and I was charged for time it took plumber to find the correct part. When I inquired, owner made a small but appreciated adjustment to bill.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional and did what they said needed to be done in a timely manner. And they were on time arriving. Very courteous and hard working. We would definately use them for other plumbing needs in the future.
Description of Work: We were getting very little water pressure and had them come out and check it out. It was the pipes from the outside going in. There was a hole in one of the rusted 36 year old pipes. They came back a couple of days later and very neatly, without digging up our whole lawn, replaced the pipe and neatly put back the grass that they had removed. You could hardly tell that they were there!

+ -1 moreThey were here the day after I called and were on time. They were very reliable and I was very impressed with their work. Once they even installed something when I wasn't there, with my permission of course. I only wished they would've been able to do AC as well as heating.

+ -1 moreQuick to give me an estimate and provided a hose converter so I could pipe in water from my neighbors to get by. Within a week my water main was repaired. Very courteous and CLEAN. You couldn't even tell they had been there. Final cost was exactly the same as the estimate.

+ -1 moreThey called Blue Stakes who came out the day before. Towers showed up on time, got right to work, and left our yard looking like it had barely been touched. They meticulously cut our sod and then put it back the way they found it. They cradled our new line solidly on dirt and covered it well. They were done and gone before we got home from work.
Description of Work: Water service had failed at a prior repair at the fitting that connects the copper to poly line. Our water meter was running continuously because water was pouring underground. The water service had to be replaced from the street to the yard. The journeyman and 2 helpers completed the job on a very cold day. Our ground is clay and frozen and like concrete on warm days.
