Went very well .They were even half an hour early. They charged the quoted price. Very pleased. They also had to get to the main valve outside and turn it off which was under foot of ice.

No work was performed. I hired a Stallion Plumbing Co. for a price of $600.

I thought the plumbing in the house was going to shake apart due to a terrible water hammer vibration. We called Towers, hoping that we could get them out within the following week. They sent a repair man the very next morning. How refreshing, and he arrived exactly on time. I expected hours of investigation and repairs. But, to my pleasant surprise he knew immediately what the problem was and had it all fixed in less than an hour. He also adjusted our water pressure and provided other really helpful suggestions on our plumbing system. You know he really cared. And I really appreciated it. I will certainly use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

I have used their services twice now. Work has been done well and I plan on using them in the future.

Towers Plumbing was recommended to me by my usual indoor plumber, Shawn Hall (who also does a great job with interiors), when I was in need of an excavation crew. I was told that Towers is very mindful of finishing touches, and they were "the best in the area" for overall quality. We discovered a leak in our water line (via huge water bill), between the city main and our house. We live in Sugarhouse, so of course there's huge trees everywhere; including the one directly over our city line "tie in". Jerry (the owner) was EXTREMELY concerned with the health of the tree, and making sure it wasn't hurt in the process. He was timely in all of our communications, and very pleasant to work with. We got estimates from 3 different companies, and Towers was the lowest (this was surprising to us since they were the company know for being the most cosmetic with the finish). We chose Towers and they arranged for the crew to come over as soon as I was ready. During my summers in college I used to work for an excavation company, and I've never seen a crew operate like these guys. Their attention to detail was amazing. From the water line in the basement, to the tie in at the curb, they took their time in developing a plan to minimize the impact to the surrounding areas. Their sod removal in the yard was well planned and mapped out, and they placed the dirt from the holes (big holes) on tarps to keep it from making a mess on the rest of the yard. They even kept the layers of dirt separate to keep it uniform when they put it back in. They took their time while working around the tree roots, and even hand dug most of it to minimize the chance of damaging it. After removing the old galvanized line, they quickly replaced it with copper and replaced the dirt and sod perfectly. They had removed a sink in the basement, and they remounted it better than originally and they made an improvement to the architecture of the water line where it comes into the house (no additional cost). I actually had multiple neighbors ask me later when I was going to have the crew over to do the job! They couldn't even tell the guys had been by. If that doesn't speak volumes to how good it looks, then nothing will. So, in summary: They were a pleasure to work with, they were punctual and timely, their bid was below the others in the area, they came in under their own bid (by $100), and they left my house and yard in better shape than when they arrived. If you have an big plumbing job that needs tending to, don't even hesitate....call Towers Plumbing!

I am the president of the Alumni Board of a fraternity at the University of Utah. As such I am responsible for the maintenance of the house. I was informed of a water main break at the house. The water was turned off and the house tenants had no water. Towers Plumbing said they could get started in two days. They arrived on time and started the work. The had to dig up the frozen ground to get to the main. They had to work through the sprinkler piping that had been redone several times. The work took two days to complete. Once done they had repaired the broken main, installed a new sprinkler shut off valve and re-connected the sprinkler lines. They installed a new pressure regulator and a few other upgrades to the system. (The house was built in 1910) The team was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. If needed I would use them again.

The work was professional and on time. I had one failure after finish due to heavy equipment running over sewer line. The response from Jim Towers was quick (it was a weekend) and professional.

Fast, efficient, and pleasant service. Although the office said there wouldn't be anyone available until the next day. they returned my call within 2 hours and had a plumber here within 15 minutes! This is an old home, and he was able to install pipe that matched the existing plumbing.

They have done tons of work for me in the past. They are expensive, but very good.

They always guarantee for a month and tell me to let them know if there is any problem and usually there haven't been any problems. I would absolutely recommend them. They are great. They did exactly what they said. They kept me informed. They did the job right for almost exactly what they did it for, within a $100. He was helpful. He came out quickly even though I was collecting other bids and he came and gave me hid bid price. They were professional, quick and efficient. The price was definitely reasonable and definitely even cheaper than others. Their responsiveness was good.

The job was for a main water line and a meter into the house. I will recommend Murray Plumbing to others too.

Excellent would call them again. We have a older house with new style boiler that was not installed by Towers but they were very good about responding to our call and providing services.

Excellent. Repair took 3 1/2 days. Sewer back on line on 2nd day. Lawn, plants, cement, and concrete repaired nicely.

They were the first ones to show up and give me a bid. They went the extra mile and set up a temporary water access to my house even before I told them they got my job. The came and did exactly what they told me for the bid. They were able to do the job within 2 days. They were fast, efficient, cleaned up after the job great and I have not had a problem for these last 6 months.

They did a good job! They came and got it done in the morning. The project went fast. It cost $2400 and I thought that was expensive but have since found that price is pretty standard.

They have been great. They were quick and professional. I thought that they did a good job. I previously had another company look at the pipe and they had quoted me a rather high bid of work that was needed to be done that included tearing up our front yard and to put new pipes. They also told me that it would be impossible to unclog the pipe without doing all that. Their estimate was for a big huge job and they had quoted me $20000 which was a huge difference. However, Towers Murray Plumbing came out and unclogged it. They said that they might be required to unclog it a couple of more times but I did not have to worry about having to tear up the whole yard. They felt that if it did become necessary to tear up anything then there was this one little pipe under the sidewalk that they could get to. Their price was good. They were out on that afternoon.

A few days ago, the toilet in my master bath began flushing improperly. It did not sound right when you flushed it and the bowl appeared to not empty properly. I called Towers yesterday b/c they had fixed two other toilets in my house a couple of months ago. They came out the very next day (today) and discovered that somehow a child's sock had been flushed down in this toilet. They removed it and checked that it now worked properly. Just like the last time I used them, they were very professional and courteous, were in and out in about a half hour, did not try to sell me services I did not need, and were fairly priced. I will definitely continue to use them when I need a plumber.

The plumber from Towers was very friendly, courteous and prompt. I had two toilets with problems. On one, you had to hold down the handle for the bowl to empty completely, and on another one, I sometimes had difficulty getting it to flush. The guy replaced the parts in the tank on both toilets for a very fair price of $119 and assured me that my toilets are in good condition and I did not need new ones. (I had another plumber from a different company tell me that I needed new ones just the day before.) I would definitely use Towers again and recommend them to anyone.

I spent $480 on that work. They were not cheap. They were very efficient. They did a good job. They were here when they said and finished the work in half an hour or under. They put in the appropriate valves. They were very good. They had done another job in 2008 for us to replace some valves in the sprinkler system. They had replaced the water pipe and I was really impressed with that one. They did not have to dig out the lawn. They ran something along the track of the old pipe and managed to solve the problem. I was very pleased with that work because the lawn was not dug up and the work was done.
