I discovered two cracks in my foundation on a Friday after a rainstorm . I immediately started looking for foundation repair companies. I found Superior Waterproofing, called them, and Julio came out the next day (Saturday, impressive that he came on a Saturday) to assess my foundation. He gave me a free quote and explained thoroughly what method he would use to fix the cracks. I also contacted four other waterproofing companies each with different solutions and longer wait times for their assessment of my basement. Superior's solution was the most logical and reasonable and cost effective to me. After receiving much higher quotes for the other solutions I decided on Superior's fix using "Xypex" at a very fair price. Julio was able to schedule my job quickly after I decided on Superior Waterproofing. Julio and his team removed the necessary drywall and studs to access the cracks more easily. The repair process only took half a day and there was no mess. Julio was quick to respond, prompt, courteous and kept me well informed of the progress during the repair. It's only been a week since the repair, but after a water test, there is NO water in my basement. And he guarantees his work. I call that a BIG WIN! I highly recommend Superior Waterproofing. Julio was fantastic to work with.
