Good quality work. But they charged me $75/hour to pick up a part they didn't have in their truck, which left a bad taste. (I had told them exactly what locks they were to install.) You're definitely paying a premium for gold-plated service.

After a couple of glitches the deadbolt was installed and everything was done, in the end, to my satisfaction. I would use them again because they seemed to be honest in their business dealings. They also arrived on time and performed the job as promised. He really seemed to want to do a good job and to get it done correctly.

We just bought our first home and immediately scheduled to change the locks on the property. I called Greag and he was able to have one of his colleagues come out the next day. We had all the locks re-keyed on the house, a new lock installed in the outside shed and a padlock removed the former owner forgot. They were quick, thorough, very professional and did a great job! The cost of their service was competitive and very affordable, especially since they came to the property. We highly recommend and would definitely use their services again in the future.

We didn't get keys for the storage unit when we got the motor home. His name is Dave. He worked steadily on it for over an hour, Impressed he was able to get any of the old doors to lock. He had to make new keys.

We scheduled Superior Locksmith to install 2 new deadbolt locks. The shop was able to schedule our appointment for the very next day, and the technician (Dave) arrived on time and got right to work. He had a good suggestion for installing the new locks. He was unruffled when I switched gears at one point (changing my mind on an installation issue). The deadbolts were installed fairly quickly. Dave re-keyed the locks, and provided us with extra keys as well. We did have to call Superior back to ?tweak? the installation on one of the deadbolts, as the new doorframe hole (which was drilled for the bolt), was not quite deep enough. Anthony was gracious when I called about this installation matter. He came out quickly and resolved the issue with no problem. My only suggestion/concern was that the first technician drilled both doors without placing a tarp (or any sort of covering) on the floors, and we ended up with what seemed to be a large amount of sawdust on the floors (in two areas). The technician did offer to use my vacuum/broom to clean it up, but it was easier for me to do the cleaning myself (although those fine sawdust particles are truly difficult to really vacuum up from a floor covering). Sawdust was also tracked around the two areas before the technician left. The second technician kindly made sure that the sawdust was contained and cleaned up before he left. Overall we are very pleased with the results, and we would use this provider again in the future. Thank you Anthony and Dave!

A talented locksmith named Anthony was hired to come in after hours to re-key 3 doors plus provide a key for an external shed which the previous homeowners did not have a key for originally. I felt that Anthony was very knowledgeable, courteous and diligent in trying to get all 4 locks quickly rekeyed. All keys performed flawlessly after installation and was very grateful for the details on maintaining the shed locking mechanism. Would definitely use these folks again.

Anthony showed up at the exact time as scheduled and quickly diagnosed my needs. Once he realized that the style of locks I needed rekeyed would not all work with the same key, he offered to replace the hardware, so I could use just one key. Despite me already purchasing a $69 3 door rekey special, he simply offered to just add the difference to the amount already paid. He was punctual, professional, skilled, and courteous. Will definitely use again.

It turned out really well. I purchased the deal for $39 It was a part of eviction I was doing and a constable was there. No body was opening the door so the locksmith opened the door and installed a new lock. He also recommended a different lock which was of $25 and the service charge to installed the new lock was $30. I don't remember the charging for sure, it is my best guess. The person I dealt with was very nice, friendly and easy to talk to and I am glad I did business with him.

Anthony arrived on time and did a professional job. I was please with the Angie's list special of $69 for this service. When I called for the appt I spoke with Anthony's dad who was polite and accommodating. I definitely would use Superior in the future. Great job!!

A perfectly satisfying. experience. We had read horror stories about pushy, shady-seeming, or flaky locksmiths, but we didn't get any of that vibe. I pointed out to our tech the locks in question, described what we wanted, and he took them back to his van, synced them up, and reinstalled them. No haggling about prices, no up-sells, no condescending appeals to my locksmithing ignorance to make me buy things I didn't ask for. Perfect.

The techs took less than 30 minutes to install hardware on 5 doors along with a touch pad system for the main door. Great quality work and they were communicative throughout the entire process (scheduling to finalization). I plan on using their services again in the near future and will recommend their work to friends and family.
