+ 0 moreA very unprofessional person who never delivers on what he promises. I unfortunately referred this realtor to a family fried and he also had similar issues as me. Both of us ended up losing quite a bit of money in addition to all the frustration from not returning phone calls, etc.
Description of Work: Eventually nothing but had hired him as a property manager.

+ -1 moreUnfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service that was provided. This guy is a seller and a charmer. He will provide a perfect sales pitch to become your property manager or real estate agent and tell you all good things about how many properties his company sells and manages but it's a total sham. He is a one man show that never meets his promises and deliverable. I was never able to solicit a timely response to my questions/concerns, etc. He is not responsive on emails, text or voice messages and just keep you wondering. Even the very basic things like getting the rent on time cant be managed well by this person. I would never hire this guy again. He initially came and and said that we was CONFIDENT that he can rent out my property @$2500/month with 2-3 weeks of contract signing. Once I signed the contract, he could not get anyone in for 6 weeks and then started pushing me to drop the rent to $2000/month. Two other family members are also very unhappy with this person and his company. He just plays a mindset game of getting you into a contract ASAP and then once you are out of the state, then you become dependent on him for information and rent that never arrives.
