Description of Work: Ordered new pool cover and electric opener. Was installed incorrectly. Kept having their service people come to fix either the pool cover itself or the opener. Neither worked nor has since that time. After three servicemen came and each blamed the other for faulty workmanship, the summer was gone. It has since broken down worse, but we still get calls every spring desiring our business! When I tell them what they did to our lap pool the just apologize and hangup. We are at a loss because there are no others apparently, in the valley, that do pool covers. This makes me angry just thinking about the whole bad experience! It's taken me a long time to write this, so I am sorry if others have used their services and been abused by their shoddy workmanship!

+ -1 moreThis is an ongoing problem that we have been dealing with since the spring of 2006. In an area with only 6 months max of use time, it is inexcusable to wait 2 weeks for a service call.
Description of Work: This pool cover(purchased in Sept. 2005) has never performed to satisfaction. First they adjusted it up then down. Tension too tight, too loose. If the pool cover is stuck closed you can't use it and if it's stuck open it's a danger. The cover had to come completely off to repair the stitching and came back with a small whole that had to be patched. It creaks and grinds and moans every time I open and close the cover. I've never had the same service person twice. I've kept my part of the warranty by having them open and service the cover for the first time each spring. I spent $5000.00 for a piece of crap and a worthless warranty.

+ -1 moreHad them sew four tabs with brass grommets on my in ground spa cover. They supplied me with four brass anchors, which I set in the concrete around my spa. They are the only company with a good solution for locking the cover on an inground spa.
