It wasn’t a simple job and for the work and the door that I chose, it was $2000. I liked his work when he did the windows so I had him back for the front door. Also, his prices were good for good quality windows and he did a good job on those. He was able to tell me what my options were and give me quotes. Other companies had the same price but Ovation Windows had higher quality windows. It takes him a little longer to get back with you, so he is a little slow there. I think he gave me a time frame for the door but there was a problem because it didn’t come when I was expecting it and so he was just a little bit late, but it wasn’t bad. I had a problem with the strip underneath our door, I finally got around talking to him about it, and he said it shouldn't happen, it was under warranty and so he is getting us a new one. So even a year later, he is getting that taken care of, free of charge. That was good that he stands by the product and if there is a problem he takes care of it.

They replace windows in people's houses. It's a small company. They are outstanding. The owner's name is Gary. He had worked for a large window company for about 25 years and then opened his own company. He personally came out with another employee to install the windows. They were honest and easy to talk to. They were not the absolute cheapest, but their price was very low. They provided the best quality for the price. They were just wonderful.
