Answered my request in a timely manner and keep me informed of his arrival time. Fixed a 19 year old dryer which I thought was doomed. Very happy with the outcome.

DECEMBER 2, 2019 I hired Mr. Martin to fix an issue in our rental home and we were very pleased as were our tenants. They were also very comfortable around him even though they have three small children. I decided to ask him for a quote on a repair in my own home and we made a great arrangement. The issue at the tenants was fixed on the first day and he did have to come back 2 days later for my own repair but I asked him at the last minute. From all of the 5 stars it is easy to see that we were very happy with Mr. Martin and would recommended him with no hesitation.

Not able to provide full service, but nonetheless charged hefty bill.

Was honest and took time to do the best he could on a very old dryer. Hopefully, his clean out of the vent system will give me at least another year on this at least 20-year old dryer. He kept me informed of his arrival, and I especially liked that he cleaned up after the job!

MARTIN WAS ABLE TO FIND THE PROBLEM WITH MY DRYER AND FIXED IT. SERVICE WAS REASONABLY PRICED. WAS ABLE TO COME TO DO THE SERVICE THE NEXT DAY.

Martin was awesome. Contacted me immediately, came out the next day. He kept me informed confirmed the appointment, let me know when he was on his way and he arrived on time. We have a higher end part needed to fix the dryer, he left to pick it up and returned to complete the installation. There was no mess, and he informed me of the warranty on the part and a labor. Very professional, & honest.

Martin responded in a very timely matter. He was very straight forward in diagnosing the problem and his estimate was right on target. The repair was made very quickly and at a a super reasonable price! Overall, he was very honest and extremely knowledgable. I would definitely recommend!! A++

Martin was extremely responsive and timely in getting back to us on our request. He came out the next day, very prompt & very professional, knows his business & quickly diagnosed the problem, communicated the cost (extremely reasonable) got it fixed and extremely pleased with his work and the overall process. Would definitely rehire Martin in the future for any appliance repair need . Highly recommended !

Martin was very fast and fair. He came right out the next day after I called. GE was going to take 9 days before they could come and I'm sure Martin was less expensive.

Diagnosed my problem in 5 min. Suggested I replace the freezer because of cost to fix it.

Martin was right on time for our appt time. He examined my refridgerator and was honest in recommending I get a new one. He could have repaired it and charged me, but he said things may start to go bad because of the age of the refridgerator.
