KT did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the quality of their work.

I was very disappointed as they seem like they do quality work. Our experience has been that they are very unresponsive and do not follow through. It took them a month and a half just to complete 2 sample boards, and they were done with different stains and finishes than what we agreed upon. After multiple unreturned messages I went to the showroom to see if the samples were finished and they were not. After inquiring further the receptionist called the guy we had worked with and told me that they needed one more coat and they would be done the next day. They were done that next day, but it was obvious they had not remembered to do the sample at all and they had just rushed to put a sample together that day. The stain and finishes on both were wrong and left us wasting a month and a half. We are finding another company to work with.

I could not be happier about my experience with KT Hardwoods. We had a large remodel done on our 8400 square foot home in Park City over the summer and of all the contractors we hired KT was by FAR the most professional, timely, and dedicated to the end result. Our experience with was fantastic from the time we walked into the showroom to the time they packed up to leave. I even decided to install a stone entry last minute but had already purchased the wood for the project. I asked them to install the wood in the basement bathroom instead and Shane smiled and said, and quot;I don't think that should be a problem.and quot; The office staff, project manager and installers were all extremely courteous and patient. Our heavily distressed hickory floors are gorgeous, and we get compliments on them every time someone walks into the house. I would recommend KT to anyone who wants a high end product and fantastic service.

Installer came to my home for a consult on April 12th and said he would provide me with an estimate/bid within a couple days. After no response, I called him on 4/25 to ask if he had completed the bid and if he was interested in the work. He advised that he was very interested in doing the work and would provide the bid by the end of the day. I have not heard from him since - there has been no follow up from the company.

I wanted some missing wood floor pieces to be repaired in an unusual fashion due to unique circumstances in my home. I contacted several flooring contractors, most of them failed to return my calls after providing me an estimate. Some were honest enought to tell me they were not willing to do the job. KT Hardwoods was not only willing, they had the competency and experience to perform the job perfectly and in only one trip to the house. I will definitely be using KT Hardwoods for all my wood floor jobs in the future.

Everything went well.

The experience was just god with carpet. The sale's rep for the carpet was in good communication and followed up and found the carpet we wanted. Their pricing was very competitive but we decided to go with someone else because of a better carpet warranty that came with the install and carpet along with a better pad but would consider them for another carpet bid in the future. As for the hardwood floors, I never got the bid from them. They came out and measured and I even followed up with them through phone and email and they kept saying they were working on it. Finally after several emails and phone calls and 2 weeks pasted I decided to give up on the hard wood floors with them and went with someone else. After about a month they finally contacted me and apologize but I had already gone with someone else.

Wonderful. I highly recommend them

If I were installing any kind of floor that did not require a wood filler, I think they would be fine. But their insistance on black Bondo, which turned out to be blue cost me several days of work and several hundred dollars.
