It didn't. Jim was a now show.

I can't say enough positive things about Jim and his son Jeremy. From attention to detail to responsiveness to complete job-site cleanup every day, these guys set the standard for the way you hope a job will be done. After a big project like this, there are always a few minor items that pop up. Jim returned the day after I called, and he and his son spent another half day working with my wife to solve an issue involving some gutter flashing and came up with a good solution. No extra charge. Maybe not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive of the bids we collected. We are very pleased. Hire these guys!

Jim did a great job and I highly recommend him. A few of my houses siding shingles (hardyplank) had blown off the house. I also had some damage to some of the siding and needed to get it fixed. He returned my call promptly, scheduled a time to come over for an estimate and was on time for the estimate. He gave me a exact pride for the work and again, was on time when he came to do the repairs. He did such a good job that it was hard to see that the repairs had been done. I was really impressed with the work he did and I was very thankful to be able to find him.

Salt Lake had bitter cold and wind.. I would never want to work under those conditions but this father/son team works through all seasons. Their work was precise and quality. Jim Larsen returned my initial call within 2 hours and was the first company to show an interest in the job. He came by the next day and gave us a written estimate. The job was accomplished over a 2 day period on 1/11/13 and 1/15/13, a total of about 12 hrs.

It went well. Came when I asked him to come. He was honest and upfront with the information. He could not help with a solution.

I had to call him on the day that he was supposed to come and his son called me back to say that plans had changed. He came the next day and the job was well done. Once they did the job, they did it well and they were conscientious. They were friendly.

Mr. Larsen came out to my home as scheduled but he never got back to me with a estimated price.

They did great work. They were on time. They came when they said they would come. They gave us a good deal. They were reasonably price. They were very nice people to work with.
