Description of Work: They took off the old shingles, the old swamp cooler, put in new roof vents, replaced a few sheets of plywood, an put on new ice barrier, and new shingles..They hauled off all the old stuff and cleaned up after themselves

+ -1 moreWhen they called me to find out about the status of the job, I told them why they lost the bid. However I will use them in the future.
Description of Work: Very knowledgeable people about roofing. I check with their reference that I knew from past, he gave a very good reference. The bid was very much in-line with other bids that I received. They spent more than two hours making sure to cover all the areas. Unfortunately I did not use them because they told me that they will remove our two TV satellite dishes from the roof and if I put them back on the roof again they will void the warranty. The other companies did not have this stipulation.
