I pay them by the year and it’s close to $300. They spray in the spring, early spring, summer, early summer, fall and late fall. They put whatever else they think you need. My lawn always looks very nice. They come on a regular basis and spray. I have been very pleased with them for a couple of years now. They call and say that they are coming. They leave a reminder on my door and say when they are going to come. They remind you what day they are coming so that you can keep your dogs away or do whatever you need to do before they come and spray. You can be aware that they spray so that you don’t let your dogs out for a few hours and you can’t water for a few hours or mow your lawn till after they spray. That’s something that you need to pay attention to. They always do what they say they are going to do. It’s always taken care of when they say. If it’s not going to be, then they call. If I have to ask them questions, they are right there and they are very pleasant to talk to. I have never had any trouble with them. That’s why I have kept using them. All the neighbors around me use them. I think their price is kind of expensive, but I think it’s in the ballpark. The quality of their work, responsiveness and punctuality are all excellent. They come when they can come and I don’t have a time period. They work for several neighbors around here. When the truck comes, you know that they are doing the neighbor’s lawn and will be here in a minute. They don’t tell me what time they are going to come. They just say that they would be here on that day. If I see their truck, I know they are going to come pretty quickly. They must be in the running, price wise or else all of my neighbors wouldn’t have used them.

The only complaint I have about this company is that they are not the most punctual. I think that is because they mostly focus on business not residential. Other than that, they do a great job.
