We used Chuck Williams to do concrete walkway repairs, retaining wall repairs and sealing concrete paver stairs. We are beyond pleased with the work Chuck did. He is an expert in his field and a true gem in this industry. He is hard-working, honest, responsible, communicative and just a pleasure to work with. This was a 2.5 week project and it went incredibly smoothly all thanks to Chuck. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for concrete repairs. Stellar work - thanks Chuck!

Looks great. He spent the entire day here to finish in one trip. He went the extra mile on a couple things and his bid was competitive compared to others that quoted. Best of all he actually came and did the work himself. It's frustrating when either a quote guy doesn't understand the work or the owner send someone without the skills or training. Chuck does it all. There at the start and there all the way through. I would definitely have Chuck back and recommend him to others.

We signed the contract on 7-7-14 and Mr. Williams gave us a date of when the service was to begin. At that time he was four weeks out and called us in advance to schedule. He was prompt, courteous, and completed the job to our satisfaction. Very happy with the service and would use him again if the need arises.

I'd had the rear stairs patched before and it didn't really do much for them so I was hoping for the best but not expecting much. When I saw what Chuck had achieved all I could say was 'wow!!'. We had a long row of unsightly front steps leading to our front door. Then came Chuck. To say I am impressed is an understatement He is a true craftsman, something you don't see much anymore. The only problem was that all my neighbors kept coming by to ask for his card. Truly exceptional work.

Chuck did a great job. When I called for the estimate, they were polite and responsive, and the estimator showed up exactly on time. I felt the estimate was very fair, considering the extent of the work needed. Chuck warned me that it would be about a month before he could get to my job, and when he called to schedule it was actually a week or two early. He was able to do the job while I was at work. He planned the job so that I would only have to keep my dog out of the backyard for one day, which was very helpful. The concrete looks fabulous - much better than all the houses in the neighborhood. I highly recommend Chuck Williams Construction for any concrete repairs.

He did a GREAT job. I was very impressed. He was very professional and reliable. The porch and stairs were in such bad shape, I wasn't certain they could be repaired. He not only repaired them, but he did such a Great job, that they looked like new. He did everything he said he was going to do and did it on schedule. I would definitely use him again for any concrete repairs and definitely recommend him.

Chuck's price seemed very fair; the work he did is of the highest quality; he was nothing but responsive, punctual, and professional; he didn't flinch when I increased the scope of work at the last minute; and frankly, he's an all-around nice guy. He promptly responded to my initial call and was quick to come give us our quote.I had some more work being done on our home and he was easy going about working around the other contractors schedule. He always showed up on the days specified. The work he did looks outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend.

Chuck was meticulous with the entire process from estimate, to communication regarding the job and the work itself! I anticipated a really complicated and messy job, but it wasn't at all. The work was neat and clean and the finished wall and steps are gorgeous, just what my Avenues bungalow needed!

We are very happy with how the work turned out, and will definitely use Chuck Williams in the future if we need any other concrete repairs done.

Chuck did excellent work for us. Communication with Chuck was the highlight of this job (besides the finished product). He got back to me promptly, he came to work when he said he was going to, he was careful, conscientious and thoughtful. We had a few changes and alterations that arose during the course of work which Chuck handled beautifully. The entire job site was kept clean and safe, providing barriers and signage. Chuck was friendly and easy to work with, I always felt he was giving me honest advice and direction, looking out for my interests. I had several contractors look at this repair (a few days of work), it was too big for handyman types and too small for general contractors. I visited one of the local wholesaler concrete product companies asking if they knew of someone who does this type of work, they suggested Chuck Williams. First all, Chuck showed up for the estimate and later for the repair on the specified day and time (this is not the case for many contractors). He obviously has years of experience and is very knowledgeable. There are several things I like and recommend: 1) first of all he is the guy- he actually does the work. Anyone who has worked with contractors has had the experience of a contractor who gets the details, works up a bid and then the workers show up and details are lost in the communication. Chuck is the guy who shows up, does the work and on our project made sure both he and me were on the same page - this the best way to avoid problems; 2) he is obviously up to date on current technology (concrete and related products have changed a lot in recent years); 3 there were no add-ons to the bid. Often with contractors there is an oversight or worse a lowball bid to get the work and then they give the homeowner a by-the-way an additional cost; 4) Chuck is a tell it like it is guy. My only regret is that Chuck does not do larger projects like driveways, garage foundations, etc.

The repairs and plaster work look fantastic. The steps and two landings look like a brand new concrete job, but at 1/4 of the price. Chuck Williams was honest, reliable and got everything done as he stated initially. Highly recommend Chuck to anyone needing repairs -

Chuck was very thorough. He routed the cracks, filled them, and sanded them. They look great.

Chuck was a pleasure to deal with. He came when he said he would and when he could not come because of rain he called first thing in the morning to let us know. We would definitely recommend him. My only suggestion would be that some plastic be put down when working next to black top. We are some having difficulty removing some of the residue. Five stars plus to Chuck Williams. After Chuck read our concern about our blacktop he called immediately and scheduled a date when he would come to power wash the section of the blak top that had some mess on it. Thanks again Chuck.

This job is evidently too small, I've tried for 2+ years (signing up to services at the Home and Garden show) to get it replaced. Chuck said he would do it when he could see an opening. It probably took about three weeks before he showed up but this did not bother me. Chuck did a very good job. He is very friendly and helpful.

It went great. Chuck showed on time and gave good and honest advice.

I called for a bid and Chuck responded right away. He was thorough, took pictures and got bids back to me within the next couple days. When we decided on a day to start -- a day a couple weeks out-- he was there first thing. He worked straight through the week and accomplished all three projects.

Chuck responded quickly to my call, provided an estimate including the cost of permits, supplied paperwork for the estimate, and began work exactly when he said he would. Handled securing the permit from the city, and was aware that there were special requirements for the neighborhood since it is in a historic district. Work was done on time and with superb quality, and Chuck was friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

The porch and steps look like new and the job was done beautifully. I would definately have him back to do any other concrete work needed at my house.
