I love supporting local businesses, but would not go use them again or recommend them. I was originally quoted for 1 gate with the installation. When someone came to take measurements (she was very nice), I asked how much 2 additional gates would be, and I was told "not much more!" so I added them. I never received an updated estimate or a change order. I was told someone would be out before the end of the week and that someone would call to schedule. I never heard from anyone by the weekend and planned on calling Monday. Then at 7am Monday morning, the crew showed up for installation with no heads up whatsoever (I would assume it's the office's fault for not communicating). It woke up our toddler and completely caught us off guard. Although we were not prepared to have them there, the installation itself went great. All the guys were friendly, extremely hard working, and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the finished product. HOWEVER when I received the invoice, it was almost $1,000 more than the original estimate! I was very shocked and would not call nearly a 50% increase on my entire bill "not much more". I was prepared to pay the original full amount and did so as soon as we could. However, we didn't have an extra $1K readily available for the remaining balance. When I called the office to make payment arrangements, the person was extremely put off and offended that I would as for extra time to pay the invoice. I was belittled when she smirked "I don't even know if we can do that. We've never had anyone need payment arrangements before." Even after explaining that it was significantly more than expected and quoted, and that we just had $1,500 in unexpected car repairs that wiped out the rest of our savings, she was not sympathetic to our situation at all. She immediately asked for an exact date that it would be paid in full by and was extremely reluctant to give us an extension to pay. I think the price billed should have been clearly quoted beforehand after adding the 2 gates so there would be no misunderstandings. (I would not have added them had I known the total price). Due to the fact that I was misinformed that adding the gates wouldn't make "much of a difference" and I was never sent a new estimate, plus feeling that I was not treated professionally for needing a payment arrangement, I would personally NOT use them again.

They did a great job installing the fence. All the posts were placed in concrete, were level and straight and they cleaned up after the job. The only problem I had was that when they measured the fence for the estimate it was 201', however after installing it, they added in the 16' of barn which did not have a fence around it. The fence went up to the back of the barn and then started again from the front of the barn. When they gave me the estimate, it was for 201', not 217'. They included the 16' in the price, which at $13.50 a foot equaled $216 extra on the bill. I contacted them several times by email and voice mail, but could not get them to call me back to resolve the issue. I would use them again if they would adjust this error.
