+ -1 moreWe find Mr. Pendle to be super honest and hardworking. Excellent communication, flexible, reliable. It's amazing how efficiently difficult jobs can go, with the right company using the right equipment.
Description of Work: Mr. Pendle was able to mow our very difficult, steep, treed property (2 acres), haul up over 2 cords of cut-up wood, and re-grade and gravel our driveway in about 6 hours total. He uses a special Caterpillar tractor on treads that can handle steep inclines safely and efficiently, without compacting soil or damaging roots / septic lines.
