Mr. Appliance of St. George

Description of Work: Diagnostic for Washing machine leak. Had flooded laundry room. Nothing could be found wrong. However, did reverse the laundry detergent holder in the front loading washer to allow for easier flow through of water.

Description of Work: The first repair person came in very arrogant thinking he knew what was wrong before I opened my mouth. After running some "Tests" he concluded he was right with what was wrong in the first place and ordered the part. Three days later he was back to install the new part, and surprise, it didn't fix it. My husband called Carol and asked for a different repairman to come and check it out. This new repairman, Bob, was very professional, he listened to what we said was wrong, called Whirlpool and talked with them and ordered the part. He said as soon as Carol received it, between 1 and 3 the next day, she would call me at set up an appointment for him to come back and fix.

Description of Work: Refrigerator trouble call. Refrigerator was not cooling. Technician diagnosed the issue and replaced the temperature control, cleaned filters and cooling coils. As an added service (that he did not charge for) he fixed the tubing to the ice maker.

Description of Work: My stackable dryer broke. Called Mr. Appliance of St.George. Have used them before and been satisfied. However, the tech has retired. This time someone else came out on November 5, 2011. Gave an estimate. I told them I needed to wait until my Thanksgiving break from school. They came on the 23rd of November. The clothes weren't drying, they fixed the blower wh eel and the tech recommended we replace the drum glide which we did while he was there. Had to order parts. They didn't come as soon as they said. The tech was supposed to come one day. Never showed, finally called and came the next day. Complained the whole time about his allergies to dust and my dog. I told him I wanted to vacuum out the dryer when it was apart as well as the closet it sets in. Didn't let me do this. He also, left his tool on the floor in the closet. There was supposed to be a warranty on parts and labor. The dryer started making a noise. I called and spoke to Carol at the company, explained the noise and held the phone up to the dryer. Asked about the warranty, she said labor expired on January 5 and the parts expired on Feb 5. I had called on Feb 7 or 8. The work wasn't done until November 23. She said they could come out again for $69.95 fee and when I said I don't think the tech fixed it right she said well it worked for this long. But she would talk to the manager and call me. Well no call, I called and left a message, No Call Back. Today the dryer drum won't turn. I feel like the tech did a bad job and it just lasted long enough to fall apart. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL NEVER HAVE THEM COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
