home inspection
+ -1 morethe inspector showed up on time and respected the house wore foot covers while inside he found an issue with my furnace that he couldn't diagnose so he scheduled me a free furnace inspection and even came back with the furnace pro to make shore he showed up. come to find out it was a small piece glitching making the fan run none stop it it only coasted 100 dollars to fix with any other inspector i would have thought it would be to expensive to replace and not bought the home. he was great!!!!! very kind and respectful and he was able to work with me on his hours showing up when it was the best time for me not just his scheduled
