VERY SLOPPY WORK AND DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WARRANTY. Before I hired him I should have checked to see if he is licensed but I didn't and now it seems that there is no record of him having a contractor's license. He poured a concrete patio at my home in April of 2023. He tore up the yard on both sides of the house with a track digger. He ran over and broke a decorative curb with the digger. He said it could be fixed but I guess he meant someone else could fix it. They left a pile if dirt in front of my garage door all weekend so I could not get my car out. When he scooped up the dirt with the digger he left scratch marks all over my driveway. Four months after he did the work holes had formed in the concrete as big as six inches wide and the gravel was exposed. I have been trying to get him to at least patch the holes but he won't come back or even call. There is a one year warranty in the contract that I signed with him but he doesn't seem to care.

The actual concrete work was done well. I'm happy with the final result--a section of our sidewalk needed to be replaced, and it matches the texture and quality of the adjoining sections. The collateral damage is a problem, though (the reason for dropping one star). The guys who laid the cement left flow-over concrete to harden around a sprinkler valve cover, and a spill over decorative gravel wasn't entirely cleaned up, leaving me to finish the job. If I hire M3 again, I'll supervise the work more closely.
