Description of Work: We moved just 3 miles from our former home to our newly constructed home. We paid for three movers,a truck, and three wardrobe boxes. Two of the movers were young, agile young men, the third was in his late 60's. They arrived shortly after the 8:00 am arrival time and seemed to be doing great. However, by 1:00 pm the older gentleman stayed in the truck and seemed to be resting for the remainder of the day. The wardrobe boxes were falling apart. The older gentleman spent at least a half an hour duck tapping the boxes together before we could begin packing them. We were charged for three movers and we felt that we should have only paid for two from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm. I called to complain about the service. The receptionist stated that she didn't agree with my assessment and hung up on me. The two younger men did a fine job but I feel had we had three men capable of the strenuous work we could have finished up by 3:30 at the latest.

 + -1 moreThe team consisted of 3 men with a truck. They moved all of our furniture and boxes to our storage unit. We did not have them pack any of the boxes. They shrink wrapped all the furniture and handled everything with care. The team worked very hard and loaded and unloaded everything faster than I was expecting. This was a very easy experience and I am extremely happy. We will use them again to move everthing back, when our remodel is complete.
Description of Work: Moved the content of our house to a storage unit about 6 miles away, to prepare for an extensive remodel.

Three men completed the job from breaking down beds, etc., wrapping each piece of furniture in quilted blankets, securing each piece in the ample truck, and placing each piece meticulously where we wanted it in the new house. They were friiendly but always on task. If you need to move this is the company to employ.
Description of Work: within the city of St. George, Utah, they moved our furniture from one house to another.

 + -1 moreOn pickup day they showed up with 5 men, and women at the time agreed. I was very pleased with the attitude of the crew. They were careful, and courteous. On delivery day, they worked non-stop until all the work was done. I'm very pleased with Cloud's performance, and I would recommend them to my friends, and neighbors.
Description of Work: Cloud's packed and removed all my belongings on Thursday, and moved them into my new home on Saturday. We had scheduled the delivery to my new home to be on Friday, but a glitch in the closing procedure prevented the Friday delivery. Cloud's kept all my belongings on the truck until Saturday, with no additional charge. On Saturday they were at my new home at 8:00am as promised. They put everything in place with great care. Nothing was broken or damaged in any way.
