Description of Work: Chem-dry cleaned the carpets in 2 bedrooms, my living room, & stairs & landing. The service technician was prompt, professional, & very quick. My only disapproval was that all communication was handled via e-mail. I would have preferred a phone call to confirm my appointment so I could ask a few questions.

Description of Work: I contacted them to regarding the cleaning of an antique area rug. They initially told me they would need to pick up the rug and take back to their shop, but when the man showed up he was able to clean it on site and at half the price quoted.

Description of Work: We have always used Chem Dry at our home in Illinois. This was our first time in our Utah home. Mark was running a bit late & called to say he would be there in 20 minutes. We like Chem Dry because your carpet isn't soaking wet when done and it was dry in about 3 hours. I would highly recommend using them. We had our great room & 1 bedroom cleaned and we also had them put scotch protector on it.
